  I traveled the entire month of November20 and my stay at the HGI Indianapolis Airport has been pleasant and welcoming from the entire staff and it starts with Alex at the front desk. Alexs customer service is exceptional with his professionalism, courtesy, and friendly greeting. Hes aware that business travelers are constantly away from home and understands how to make the hotel guest feels home during their stay. Thank you Alex & thank you HGI Indianapolis Airport staff for your five star service during a pandemic!

  HGI Indianapolis Airport: Extremely nice staff

  I have been traveling for work since June and have stayed at this hotel for approximately 80 room nights. I have not had 1 bad experience. Staff from GM to housekeeper have been very nice and welcoming. Front desk, notably Alex is very friendly and have been more that willing to assist me with whatever I have needed. Well done, HGI

  Super breakfast and service

  Needed to get to the airport before breakfast even opened. Pamela (server) and cook were able to make a me breakfast breakfast ago before the restaurant even opened and it got me coffee and orange juice while I was waiting. Thanks a bunch! Ill be back

  Cindy is wonderful

  I came in on a snowy winter night and Cindy was there to greet me with a smile. Thank you for taking such good care of me. The chicken was perfectly cooked and I loved my salad. The team works well together
