  Beautiful property, some problems with charges

  The hotel is gorgeous. Staff very Friendly & helpful. And paying attention to COVID. But some charges appeared on our bill that were not ours. Same with our friends. And I didnt like how they charged authorized 20 % more for incidentals. No need for that.

  Great hotel and awesone from desk staf

  This was my first visit to the Hilton in Franklin. The location at the hotel is great with very easy access to the highway. The rooms were spacious, clean and no noise from the surrounding rooms. What made my stay exceptional were the front desk associates. Specifically, Mackenzy (sp) was nothing short of amazing. Not only was our checkin very efficient, but Mackenzy made the extra effort to answer all of our questions. In addition, she provided recommendations for Happy hour, dinner and places to listen to live music. Not only did she make recommendations, but we could tell she was very interested in making sure we would have an enjoyable time. Also, she followed up with us the next morning and inquired about our experience. As a result, she help craft our agenda for the following day. As a frequent traveler, the band of the hotel is important to me, however the individuals i interact with defines the experience. Mackenzy was great and the Hilton in Franklin is my new favorite hotel in Franklin, TN.

  Several visits

  We have stayed at this property several times both for business and for pleasure. The property is lovely and very large. The rooms are very comfortable with lots of room. The staff was very accommodating when we requested a quiet room. The conference rooms for meetings were supplied with water, plenty of chairs of table space. It is a good value for the accommodations that it offers. I recommend it to anyone.

  Great Hotel

  Great Hilton, great location and very reasonably priced. The front desk and bar employees were very helpful and courteous. They serve a limited menu, but the food and service were excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.

  Excellent Hilton

  We stopped at the HiltonFranklin Cool Springs for a night on a recent road trip. The hotel room exceeded expectations and overall the hotel appeared spotless. While the restaurant was closed, the bar served a limited menu and the limited breakfast served by the cook himself was tasty. Kudos on a job well done during these trying times. We look forward to visiting again when things return to normal.
