  Excelente estadía!!!

  el hotel cuenta con muy buenas instalaciones, la vista es perfecta y el area es tranquila. Los servicios prestados por el personal del hotel son de primera calidad. Muy recomendado este hotel ya sea de placer o de negocios.

  Nice Getaway

  Stayed here for a quick getaway with the family. Nice hotel with nice view of the water. It was during covid so restaurant was closed but there is a great area with shops and lots of restaurants next door. Nice pool, clean rooms. The town of Rockwall is nice to visit also but not a lot to do, especially with kids. Drive to Dallas. Id go back

  BEWARE OF BAR STAFF

  Went to meet friends staying at the hotel we arrived early so we waited at the bar. Ordered two drinks and male bartender asked us if we wanted a tab open and I gave him my card . Friends came down after 15 mins and they ordered drinks and we ordered drinks also , stayed there for 45 mins and we were fixing to pay out when our friends insisted on paying the tab and he gave our bartender his card to cover the bill. Next morning I checked my bank charges and there was 2 charges that the bartender charge on my account after telling him our friends took care of the bill. We will dispute the charge with my bank .

  Avoid! There are plenty of other better options

  Since we live directly across the street from the harbor we are here a lot. I'm hoping this is the very last time we ever have to step foot in this place. Unfortunately we are at an event here and the restaurant has decided not to serve food. We asked several employees if there was somewhere in the hotel to get food and were told no. So we went to a restaurant at the harbor and got food to go and brought it back. Went back to the closed restaurant that people were sitting in but no one was eating because they weren't serving and sat down to eat in between events. We were immediately accosted by two employees informing us that we can't bring food from outside. We asked why since they aren't serving and they all but physically pushed us out of the restaurant area. Like I said, we live in the area-we will never recommend this hotel to anyone, will never plan another event here personally or professionally, what an absolute embarrassment for our city. No wonder their parking lot is empty 99% of the time. Horrible!

  Great location

  Hotel had a great location right on the lake. We stayed in a suite with a perfect view of the water. Our room had 2 balconies and 2 bathrooms. Everything was clean. The ac worked perfectly. The bathtub was huge and we always had enough piping hot water. Rebecca at the front desk was very helpful when I called with questions about my reservation. Delorian was our waitress at the bar/restaurant. They were very busy and we had a large wedding party but she was very attentive and friendly. I gave this location only 4 stars not because of the property itself, but more because of the Hilton brand. Their unstructured nonexistent early check-in process is ridiculous. Ive never heard of a hotel brand flat out not allowing scheduled early check-ins even for a fee. We needed a bit of extra time to get dressed for the wedding but were told we couldnt check in early. We could come early and hope they would accommodate us. We ended up being able to get in a little early, but a just come sit in the lobby and well let you know is not the best policy.
