  Wonderful hotel

  We arrived here during the COVID pandemic in September 2020 but, the attention to hygiene was fantastic and even though the staff all wore masks they still smiled. It was the lovely staff that made a good holiday into a fantastic holiday for us.

  100% covid restrictions were fantastic

  It was a amazing place,me and my family went and there is somthing for everyone.my brothers and sisters would like to say many thanks to the kids club staff and the entertainment.they had so much to offer

  Great COVID getaway holiday

  We changed to this resort last minute due to COVID restrictions, Turkey was not really one of our typical countries we would of chosen but decided to look for a good reviewed hotel and the Hilton ticked the boxes. We were so wrong to not give it a try before, we really loved it, the hotel was really clean and took the COVID serious. Weather was really hot, pool areas were really good, bar staff and waiters really helpful and friendly. Plenty of entertainment on a night. Restaurants were really good and food great with plenty of variety. We went out a couple of times and found the local people and shop owners to be courteous and friendly. Overall we really enjoyed our holiday at the Hilton Dalaman, we would definitely consider returning.

  good hotel for a break

  We stayed at this hotel in July 2019 and had a very relaxing holiday. Communal areas and rooms are furnished very smartly, the room was lovely and spacious with a very comfortable bed- the ensuite bathroom had a very good shower too! The spa is very luxurious with great facilities, we both had a sports massage which was very relaxing indeed. The gym is also very good and there is an indoor pool too if you want to avoid the busier pools and get some lengths in. The food served at the buffet was of a good standard, breakfast in particular was delicious with a great range of foods- the pancakes are fab! The other restaurants, which you had to book, served very good food including Teppanyaki and Chinese. I would 100% recommend booking a slot at the teppanyaki restaurant, the food was excellent, the chefs were very friendly and it was entertaining to nearly have your eyebrows scorched off. I felt this hotel caters best for younger families with children aged 5-11. The provision of activities for young children was excellent. Having stayed here earlier when I was eight years old, I remember having a great time participating in the various activities there was on offer and I made a few friends which kept me occupied (something, I think, that my parents were appreciative of!) On the beach there is a boat hire shop which you can hire boats from for the day to venture further afield on the sea, my dad and I hired a catamaran sailing boat which was amazing. One major issue I had with the hotel was how people were allowed to smoke in the communal eating area. There was a non-smoking section in the however this quickly filled up each evening which was quite disappointing.

  Loved it

  Stayed at this hotel for 12 nights before things went crazy again! The hotel is great fun, lots to do for everyone. The food is excellent and the staff are brilliant. One lady in particular (Tuba) went above and beyond in making sure my stay was absolutely perfect.....all the people Working at the hotel were amazing. I also found the hotel to be excellent value yes of course it isnt maxx royal (stayed in 2018) but it isnt trying to be and neither is the price. I have mentioned the above just for peoples expectations. I would also like to mention the scuba diving team who were without doubt the best we have come across. I will return for sure.
