Buena OpciónNo tenían mi reservación pero la recepcionista muy amable soluciono todo dándome la misma tarifa y la verdad su trato excelente la Habitación muy cómoda y limpia, llegamos muy tarde y a descansar; lo malo es que a las 7 la camarista tocaba la puerta y nos despertó eso no es nada agradable

Muy bueno!Por fuera no es pintoresco pero por dentro está muy bueno. Amplio lobby con comedor y bar integrado. Tiene un shop para bebidas y comidas rápidas muy útil. Todas las habitaciones dan al corazón del hotel. El gym está muy bien equipado y todo nuevo. La pileta es chica pero impeccable! Las habitaciones excelentes!

Pick a different placeSo, I have stayed at this property three times in the past month, each time on a weekend for two nights. Each time, something different and inconsistent. I'm a Hilton Gold member recently loyal to a competitor, but trying a different chain. Stay 1, 2/28-3/1: Noises in the hallway from a child running laps around the central balcony shortly after midnight when I am trying going to bed. I called the front desk and was informed they would send security to check it. I looked in the hallway and got a description of them. The child's parents were wearing coats and walking around as well, which lead me to believe that they were not even staying at the hotel. 30 minutes later, the same child is still doing laps in the hallway and I can easily hear them with my door shut. I went down to the desk and told the attendant, in-person, about it as a second complaint of the same thing. I left the building for a good 40-45 minutes and returned to see that the same family was STILL on the same floor doing the same thing, so I called the desk and complained a third time. I NEVER ONCE saw security engaging with them and I stood in my doorway at one point as they appeared to be leaving to watch them leave. I did not say a word to them, but then the father asked if they could help me and I simply told him that I complained about all of them three times and that they should just leave, then closed my door. After that, it was quiet for a good 20 minutes until the person in the room next to me seemed to be having an angry conversation on the phone with someone and talking very loudly as well as pounding on the wall and slamming doors periodically. At this point, I had no faith that the situation would change by informing staff, so I just waited until they stopped about 30 minutes later to go to sleep. I asked to speak to the manager the next afternoon to complain about how the situation was handled and the manager called me and apologized, as well as offering me 10,000 points. It has been 3 weeks and I HAVE NOT received those points yet (I was told I would have them in 10-14 business days, and it has been over 15), so I'm not too happy about that either. Stay 2, 3/6-3/8: I noticed the pool was shut down early on my second night and one of the elevators were not working, which explained why it took almost 10 minutes to get back down to the lobby. There were EASILY 40 people waiting in the lobby to go upstairs when I got off the elevator (I was going to get dinner), all trying to crowd past me to get on the elevator like a herd of animals while I'm trying to leave the elevator. To top it off, elevators were stopping at almost every floor all weekend, likely from children pushing buttons to call the elevator in the hallways and nobody would get on the elevator. Stay 3, 3/20-3/22: The parking lot had probably less than 30 cars all weekend, so it would seem that business is not so good, yet they were advertising rates HIGHER than what I snagged up 2-3 weeks prior to that (rates can be checked at any time). This makes NO sense, whatsoever. The side entrance by the elevator that I used the prior 2 stays was locked and instructions to use the main entrance were placed, likely to ensure only hotel guests enter and no parties sneak by to go to the rooms upstairs due to the pandemic. This time, I elected to use the 'no housekeeping bonus' that is offered. I hung the card outside my room, as the instructions stated, and checked boxes for any amenities I might need, such as towels or coffee supplies. I heard housekeeping knocking on my door, with the 'do not disturb' sign displayed on my door, while I was still sleeping. My fiance was furious about being woke up by knocking on the door. I DO NOT understand why they would do that since they can simply leave the amenities at the front desk and leave a note under my door telling me I can pick them up or have them delivered. I have done this at competing properties very easily, and even had them left at my door at one property (wrapped up). I would NOT be surprised if I do not even get the 1,000 bonus points added to my account for the 'no housekeeping bonus' since they seem to botch everything else up at this point. Regarding all three stays, there is inconsistency with parking charges. My first stay, I was not charged any parking, even though I was prepared to pay for it since the website says this hotel charges for parking. My second stay, I was charged one night of parking and given a card to display that I paid for parking. My third stay, I am charged BOTH nights for parking and given a card to display. These inconsistencies lead me to believe that they do not even check to see who is parking in their lot, and therefore do not promote safety of the property or control capacity of who is staying at their property. They should do as many other properties have done and ask for license plate information and vehicle description and tow everyone else. Those cards are EASILY reproduced. I have this property booked for two more weekends in the upcoming month, but I will be cancelling them, despite the rate being good. I am happy to support a competitor with paying a higher rate since I can get peace of mind, security, and consistency. This Hilton property is not winning my business, even after giving chances.

Chronically Understaffed/Beautiful PropertyMy family stays here at least once or twice a year, and I always have the same issues: they have wonderful, hard working staff, but not enough of them. Nobody at the door on arrival, only one person at the front desk who always seems to be on the phone. Restaurant quality markedly improved over previous visits and welcome lower prices during Covid pandemic, but again, service maddeningly slow due to staff shortages. Kudos overall to Hilton for reducing number of guests and encouraging mask wearing. But shame on them for charging extra (over $100 a day!) for the privilege of using the pools!

DentalExcellent service. We came here for the weekend because my husband had a dental class at the hotel. (Dr. Ocampo)The whole staff was very helpful. Kuddos to Brianna, at the front desk. Anything that we need it, she service us with a smile. She went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I do not know who hire her, but great job! I was expecting something else because of the Covid situation. To be completely honest I was a little scared but I was pleasantly surprised. The cleaning service was excellent felt completely save. Cant wait to come back!
