  PERFECT PLACE

  We stayed at the Hilton Burlington for my birthday weekend ... the first two days just my spouse and I The room was clean & comfortable and the view was awesome making it very easy to just relax . We enjoyed a night at the local sip & paint just around the corner. On the third night our young children joined us they had so much fun at the pool/hot tub it was wonderful the complementary hot apple cider and hot chocolate was the cherry on top for them. We all loved our time spent here and cant wait for another excuse to stay again . The staff was amazing as well, Megan & Samantha the (FDSRS) along with the (GM) George were all EXTREMELY helpful, pleasant and welcoming they made our stay even better. Keep up the great work !!!

  Ski getaway

  Absolutely beautiful, clean hotel/rooms that are directly in front Lake Champlain with gorgeous views and walking distance to everything in downtown Burlington. The staff was so friendly, accommodating and made our stay an ease considering the pandemic. Ive worked in hotels/the hospitality business for years now and I cant say one bad thing about our experience at the Hilton in Burlington. Thank you, definitely will be returning!

  Amazing Customer Service

  Our stay did not start the way we planned with the restaurant and bar closed. With COVID, vacationing was far from normal, but we wanted to get away for the weekend. With the chill of winter we didnt want to have go far for yummy food and drinks. Knowing we were not happy, the hotel allowed us to cancel our reservations with no penalties. When their restaurant is back in full swing, we will be back! Thank you Megan and the team at the Hilton

  Nice Weekend Getaway

  The hotel is very nice and conveniently located downtown. The staff was very friendly and everything in the room was clean. The coffee bars on each floor are a nice touch. The only mistake made is I should have booked a lake view room vs a city view room. FYI a city view room is a view of the parking lot. If youre on a couples getaway pay the extra $ and get a lake view.

  Amazing Stay!

  We were able to lock in an amazing price on this property last week on hotels.com and the room had breathtaking lake views as well! Upon check in, we were greeted by Megan who was very friendly and continued to check in on us and keep an open line of communication with us. The property was clean, safe and modern. The hotel was quiet at night and conveniently located near everything we wanted to do. I definitely will recommend this hotel. I give it five stars, however, the only thing that was a little confusing was the parking. You park in a garage and when you come and go, you scan a ticket. The ticket states you can only leave the hotel a certain amount of times which is intimidating. I texted Megan who informed me how to work around this issue. She was a great help but I feel the parking limitations should be removed if they are not applicable, as not to confuse guests.
