Great 2 day family trip
The hilton gave us a room upgrade and made sure we were happy with rooms. The staff were helpful and friendly.They were keen to offer advice or help on city and where to go.They really helped with special dietary needs and nothing was too hard for them.

Quick theatre break
We arrived early and parked in the podium car park next door under Waitrose. We were pleasantly surprised to be told our room was ready and we had a river view. The receptionist was very polite and welcoming. The room on the fourth floor had a seal on the door to show it had be cleaned. However this must have been some time ago as there was a layer of dust on the fittings in the bathroom. We cleaned the surfaces ourselves. Decent nights sleep until 7am when the banging from deliveries to the store began. Never mind I needed to get up anyway. Breakfast was well organised for distancing and most people used face coverings in the food areas responsibly except for a young guy who insisted on having it under his chin. The only slight moan was that the sausages were tasteless and could do with being upgraded to some with a bit of flavour. The hotel is really handy for the city centre and yes I would stay again. Keep an eye on the prices before you go as my stay had been reduced in price and included breakfast which at £15 each made a bit of difference. I cancelled the booking and rebooked at the better price. Parking is £15 for 24 hours.

Great overnight stop
Myself and my other half stayed overnight in Bath, a pit stop while on our way to Cornwall. We arrived around 9pm and parked up. The reception staff was very friendly and welcomed us warmly. She also mentioned bits and pieces (COVID related things like social distancing, the rooms being cleaned etc). We were also given a packet of santizing wipes (NHS brand). The room was incredibly clean and spacious with a great view. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Breakfast wise, there was a small but good range of food. We were able to leave the car in the car park and walked around Bath, then carried onto Cornwall.

Nice hotel
Stayed here for business training course. Nice hotel with great facilities and nothing was an issue. Good Covid measures in places and strict so made the stay easy in the current environment. Awesome food. Friendly staff that went out of their way to make conversation and check everything was ok. They have just had a major refurbishment and face lifted the rooms

Work training course
What can I say we arrived on Monday 1st March to start our work training course we had the entire hotel to ourselves and it was incredible we were there for 5 days 4 nights and everyday we felt like royalty the meals they provided were all homemade and fresh delicious food served in an excellent manner. The rooms were excellent quality very hygienic and adhered to all Covid restrictions the staff were very professional kind and had great hospitality for all of us me and the rest of our team are defiantly booking here for leisure purposes next time we throughly enjoyed the experience and couldnt thank the staff enough
