  Excellent overnight stop...with whiskey!!

  We were a group of fourtwo couples looking for an overnight stop to stay and celebrate a birthday dinner on our way back to Kansas City. A very kind innkeeper got us checked in and walked us to our rooms. They were large king suites complete with refrigerator , microwave and fireplace. There was a side bench on the nice hot shower. We went for dinner at the attached pub. It is British food although I had a yummy teriyaki salmon salad. We each had a different beer. After dinner we shared a piece of sticky toffee pudding and a flight of whiskey. Our whiskey ambassador Johnny told us very interesting information about all the different whiskeys of the world. We slept well and a comfy, soft bed. We awakened and went to a lovely breakfast with fruit, granola, yogurt, toast, pastry, and bacon or sausage and eggs cooked to order.

  Small, friendly place to stay

  We stayed in adjoining rooms during July, 2019 and found the accomodations spacious and the service friendly and down-to-earth. We experienced a broken-down rental car the first day of our trip and had to battle for 2 days to get a replacement. We were due to check out the following day but had no vehicle to travel to our next destination. After discussing with the front desk, they kindly offered to move some reservations around and put holds on our rooms in case we were stranded for a few more days. WOW, that is service! Food in the pub was amazing, free breakfast made to order was the highlight of our trip while stranded, and everyone was really friendly and helpful!

  Amazing!

  I can't wait to return. These folks are all so super nice. They truly understand hospitality. The room had a book about the history of the Hilltop Inn which I found very interesting. I was very comfortable both in the room and in the pub. Enjoyed some very fine food, ale and whiskey. Even the guests I met there were very friendly.

  Grandma duty

  Best stay in Broomfield CO by far! I have been traveling to see kids & grandkids for many years & found my home away from home. Small, Inn-like facilities with a big heart. I appreciated how immaculately clean rooms were. I check sheets & comforters before crawling in & can report crisp, clean & fresh experience as well as daily housekeeping. As mentioned in other reviews, rooms are spacious & well appointed but not overdone. Rooms were quiet as I couldn't hear anything from outside. I had a fireplace, which was more of the fake fireplace verson but full size combined with direct TV I was able to recharge my grandma batteries everyday before heading out. Hotel & restaurant staff very accommodating, nice & polite. After an especially long long day of watching grand kids I decided to swing by the Pub which had just stopped cooking but the manager was willing to make anything from the menu for me. It was the best reuben sandwich ever! The food is amazing. I invited the family over for dinner in the Pub which they loved (Denver foodie's all of them). Everything is made fresh in house & it shows...who knew?!? I skipped the breakfast for 1st few days until I saw how amazing it was. Then I headed in every morning for the best homemade sausage I ever had & made to order eggs (my way). They took care of me so I could take care of my family! I'm already checking out dates for my next stay.

  Wonderful Inn and Restaurant

  We were disappointed we only got one night here! The food in the restaurant was amazing and the room was spacious and comfortable. We reserved a room with a Jacuzzi in it. There's a little courtyard where you can sit out and have a beer or read a book. It's a lovely place to stay, highly recommend.
