  Horrible experiencia

  Pasamos una noche en ese hotel, y sin duda, es el peor hotel en el que he estado nunca!! El lavabo estaba dentro de la ducha, la cisterna no dejaba de gotear, con lo que no se cargaba nunca y no funcionaba, no había agua caliente. La habitación era muy pequeña, sólo entraba la cama y una única mesita. Sábanas y toallas sucias. El bar del hotel es un pub del pueblo, y tuvimos fiesta debajo de la habitación hasta las 4 de la madrugada, teniendo que levantarnos a las 5. Lo único bueno la amabilidad del personal.

  Hotel normalillo, buen servicio

  Estábamos en un circuito por Kenia, y este es el hotel que se nos asignó para visitar el Lago Nakuru. EL hotel y alrededores: Es un hotel viejecillo, en el que no hay nada por los alrededores. El hotel dispone de piscina y de servicio de bar para tomarse algunas cervecillas. Las habitaciones. Habitaciones viejas. Nuestra ducha parecía que estaba medio destruida pero funcionaba correctamente. El servicio: Muy muy correctos todos y muy atentos. El restaurante: El cocinero superatento. Nos vino a explicar los platos y la comida no estaba mal Conclusión: Sirve para pasar una noche y más teniendo en cuenta dónde está.

  A lot of space to improve

  We stayed for two nights and were not satisfied. Check in was good, the reception is quite inviting, staff is very friendly and trying to solve any problems. The rooms the sink was smelling and not working, the water was not going, so weve been shifted. The second room the toilet was leaking and towels were dirty, also bedsheets had some stains. Sheets have been changed and the staff really tried to fix the toilet several times. For the first night we stayed in that room, it was ok. The next morning the toilet was still leaking so weve been shifted another time, bathrooms were okay than. Rooms are not very modern but quite clean and comfortable, they have TVs and mosquito-nets. Bathrooms are not maintained well and outdated. The hotel is next to a big road so youll be disturbed by traffic noise, trucks going over the bumpers. Hotel bar is looking nice and comfortable but they dont really have a good selection. On weekends theyre partying long so I might disturb your sleep. Pool-area is not really inviting and suffering of a construction-side next to it, construction waste just at the table were youre sitting and nobody is considering to remove it. Management has to improve here. The pool is small but clean. Restaurant is okay, the food is also okay and the waiters are friendly as also the rest of the hotel staff. I have to mention that the front desk and manager tried to make us comfortable but at some points they were not successful. I still want to say thank you for that and Im not saying I would not give it another chance to stay there for a night.

  A HOME AWAY FROM HOME

  Having spent 2 night at the establishment. Awesome service, hearty gratitude especially to Peter and Jeremiah. Esther (receptionist), belinda and Victor (F & B) Wafula and Kevin (concierge), chef, hk team So much to write home about our experience but just so you know authentic food, and ample secure parking space, gym and spa I'm definitely going back Thanks hill court fraternity

  Hill court Resort & Spa made my holiday a special one

  A few years ago I visited this hotel for a quite drink and was impressed by the level of service I received. When I planned to return to Nakuru Kenya this establishment was at forefront of my mind since it left such a positive imprint on my mind and I was not disappointed. When I checked in I spoke with the front desk guy Peter who was very hospitable and treated me like a special guest. Im not personally used to the kind of service I got since Im from Glasgow Scotland were this kind of treatment is quite rare. The food was very good and reasonably priced and the service I got from Belinda was fantastic. I enjoyed using the on site facilities. The Pool, massage service, sauna and body therapy whilst my partner had a great time in the gym and nail bar. The most important part of my stay was how the staff made me feel. Ive never in my life of traveling met so many charming and friendly people. From the front desk to the cleaners, bar staff and the security. How they could tolerate my boring stories is beyond me. I want to give a particular shout out to Nancy (The Cleaner) Belinda (The waitress) Jeremiah (Security) Victor (Waiter) and last but certainly not least Eric the greatest bar tender Ive ever encountered. I now consider these people as friends and if you decide to come here I give you my personal guarantee that you wont be disappointed. They have free WiFi, room service, designated smoking area, beautifully kept rooms and wonderful service. What more could you want.
