  Dunedin Getaway

  Dunedin had always been on our list of places to go and this little motel was an excellent place for us to stay. Newly refurbished very clean, neat and tidy, retaining some original charm. The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is large with a great shower and bath. The room has all the standard amenities and to top it off the hosts are very warm and friendly.

  Good room but even Better host!

  The room here is great and the bathroom is huge and clean! The host is super nice and helpful! Me and my wife have a wonderful stay here! We would definitely recommend people to come and stay here! Cheers!

  Heritage hotel full of character

  Lovely place to stay for 2 nights room was spacious and clean plenty of space in the bathroom as well , comfy beds only problem we could hear the dryer through the bathroom wall, very convenient to the octagon and the new world around the corner

  A beautiful old building - but boy it was hard to heat!

  This old girl has been beautifully done up but they skimped on the heating. One little Skope heater didn't cut it with these high ceilings and old windows. We had to leave it on for a lot of the time. The bathroom was very-well equipped with a full bath and good shower. Unfortunately being located right on a corner with all the bedrooms adjacent to George street the road noise was a tad annoying.

  Great Decor

  Pleasant reception on arrival and we were upgraded on our arrival and enjoyed the period ambiance of the room. Good locality for the university and botanical gardens. A good 1/2 hour walk to the Octagon
