  Hit-and-miss on basic services; perfect for low-cost travel

  I was surprised at the low price for a three-day stay, and I was shocked that I got a two-bedroom suite complete with a couch, a king-size bed in the master's bedroom, a single bed in the second room, as well as a kitchen sink, a TV, a refrigerator, and a dining table. The staff were all very nice--Indonesians in general! The key card was not working on the elevator, but the staff were there to help. The lobby was very hot, and the airconditioning units needed time to really cool the place. No regular housekeeping was done unless you asked for it. Internet was intermittent, so it's not good if you're the type who watches on videostreaming sites.

  Good apartment, good staff

  This hotel is good actually. But, there was several issue with the elevator last time Interior of the building is kinda boring. They have 2 seperated pool which is on 2nd floor and 3rd floor. Big parking lot. Cheap parking fee. Good staff. Good cafetaria. But I definitely will be back here :)

  Never ever again!

  Zero points The room was dirty after renovating some electricity and it took me 5 times talking to a not interested front desk "manager" to give us another room. Bathroom dirty and broken teals, walls dirty(!?!) with footsteps on them and so on Second room after one hour complaining and being ignored by the staff was ok, but pool was closed too! Staff was eating at the front desk while talking to me and phoning to their boss. Horrible beds and the "cafe" for self-paid breakfast also not recommended Puh!

  not good experience

  I have stayed about 4 days, first time enter felt afraid because so quiet. The room is large so suitable for family, also the properties look old. The service is so long time and not satisfied, for example when I asked them to clean the room but they didn't come and said wait wait wait until the next day. I just like the swimming pools. They have two pools in second floor and third floor, they are clean and large. I didn't take the room with breakfast, so for breakfast I bought in small cafe. They just have one cafe and it is not much menu.

  the service is amazing

  what I feel as a resident and what I feel as a visitor is very different, I have been to this place since I was around 10 years ago, when I was staying as a guest, as well as a residential owner, or just as a visitor, the facilities offered were of course different, there I felt that there are no two experiences compared to other hotels out there
