  Nice stay..

  Excellent ambience and food is good. .Good for business people to relax post working, since the hotel and it's rooms are at top 4th floor free from all noises. . . Restaurant and room services people are so cooperative

  A very average stay

  The hotel is located in a good spot which is easy to access from airport and railway station. Hotel is located on the top floor of a mall. This was something I wasnt aware of when I booked initially. Car parking in ample and without any hassle. The receptionist and staff are pretty average when it comes to hospitality. As in, they arent what you would expect the usual 3 star hotels to be like. Probably cause they havent finished a hotel management course cause they lack the speaking skills required for a hotels receptionist. On top of it, I made this visit with my mother and younger brother, and the receptionist kept on asking Whats your relationship with the woman, which was quite messed up. Anyways if that wasnt bad enough already, upon reaching my room, which was number 411, I came to realise that my room was located right above a theatre. You heard me right, A theatre was right below my room. And as you can expect, the noise was irritating. Till the theatres last show is over, you will not be able to sleep peacefully. To top it all off, we had cockroaches and dust mites in the bed which gave me allergies and rashes when I got up the next day. Forgot to mention, the AC doesnt work at times too. Which will force you to call the receptionist to come and check on it. No Sorry for the inconvenience or any other apologies was given by the receptionist for this or any other issues I faced. Which is pretty low training standards. Upon complaining about the cockroaches, I was given another room, this time room 423. This one was much more silent and didnt have any theatre noises. But to my bad luck, this room too had cockroach and air conditioner issues. All in all, a below average experience. And being india, we cant expect anything more I believe unless you book a 5 star or 7 star. This is something which I have only faced in Indian 3 star hotels. Abroad people maintain cleanliness at all cost. Anyways, I highly recommend you to find some other place to stay, as this was a very average experience for me in general.

  Value for Money

  Value for money, centrally located, convenient parking, friendly staff, Shopping. restaurants and theaters just a few steps away. This facility is on the 4th floor of a strip mall that includes three floors of shopping and a theater complex. Nice place.

  good and decent hotel

  I am really enjoy to stay for short period, but little bit disapointing about hotel, first of all no washing clothing facilitity at hotel, second thing no coffee / tea faclity morning hours in the restaurant.

  Excellent Service and Good attention

  We stayed in this Hotel with our family members of 8 Adults and 5 children. All are enjoyed with their breakfast. Nice Location. Neat and clean rooms. Personalised service. Specially Mr George Williams and Shiva extended their courtesy service along with team members. Best of luck and all the best.
