Not bad for the price. My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights. The hotel is in a very random location. There isn't much around the hotel. We rented a scooter, so this didn't bother us too much. The beach is a 15-20 min walk away. The hotel itself was new, clean and modern. The staff were very warm and friendly and spoke very good english(in my experience). There are two pools, both freezing and only 2 chairs per pool(which I thought was ridiculous). The breakfast was terrible. Not worth it at all. The worst we've had in thailand so far. The room was clean, bed was firm, small balcony. The cleaning staff forgot to give us towels and toilet paper. After approaching the front desk, they gladly restocked the towels. We asked twice for toilet paper and no one seemed to care to restock that for us. Which is extremely frustrating. Overall, not bad for the price, although far from everything.

Average Hotel, Excellent Staff.Definitely agree with everyone else that has reviewed this place, the location is very random! You're not near much at all, so if you're looking to be in the centre of things this isn't your place. The hotel itself is newer and somewhat modern. The rooms are quite clean, the beds are firm, but that's normal in Thailand you will find. When we first got in our room it was warm and had an off odour. After getting the AC going that somewhat went away, other than in the bathroom. A stale odour. The breakfast was good. Pretty basic, but there is something for everyone. Fresh fruit, some Thai food, omelettes and juice etc. The breakfast area, and the rest of the hotel all again quite clean. The staff here is excellent! They're all very welcoming and helpful. They communicated very well. They were able to provide info and tips about all of Thailand. Helped arrange transportation etc. The staff was so great they make me want to go back and stay there just for their excellent hospitality. I probably would recommend this to someone who would be renting a scooter, since it is off the beaten path, and someone who would be looking for a quiet escape at night. I wouldn't recommend this to someone who wants to get around by foot and be close to night markets, restaurants etc as you wouldn't want to wake from the hotel to those areas at night. Good for a 1 or few nights stay at most. Decent place.

Affordable price in a quiet locationVery secluded location and quite empty. The staff was generally friendly. We arrived early and had a day trip planned so we had to leave shortly after arrival. We didn't understand why they couldn't check us in as it was clear the hotel was not fully booked. Nonetheless, they held our bags until we arrived later that day. Our room was clean but the bathroom had a distinguished smell. Hot water was hit or miss. Breakfast was mediocre.

Never never again at this placeNever more. Need to give a warning. I have been 4 times in Thailand and travel around and I have had lot of different hotel and this have been the worst. They promise breakfast buffé. But the first morning we got only a plate with some scary omelet so big it fits in a spoon. A half slice of chicken ham. And 1 sausage half cold. Little white bread and 2 marmelads. The second morning they have make it bigger with some fried rice and some chicken meat sousage. No yougurt or so. They have no ham or bacon at all beacuse of its a Muslim hotel and we didn't now that when we book it. And about ants everwhere at the breakfast floor and tables. In our room and bathroom. If it's was some it can happens. But it was much more and third level. The reception had bigger ants. The room was clean but when we open the door it was a hugh smell from the suer. We need to put in water everywhere so the water block the smell. I believe the room have been empty for a long long time. The pool have no sun at all and beacuse of that really cold. If you have plan to take a sun bath in the pool area. Forget that. Better to stay home and you will maybe get more sun. I can wrote much more but I hope this will be enough for other travelers to avoid this hotel. They using 4 names as well at this hotel. Ahad suites. Hidayah suites. Hidayah Condotel and Hidayah Grand hotel. I wonder why same hotel need to have 4 names?? So please bevare of this place.

DO not stay hereI am not one to write negative comments but this place is a no go zone.We stayed here for 3 nights & couldn't wait to leave. We booked a pool room we were woken up the first night at 11pm & 3am the 2nd night when bus loads of chinese arrive screeching & trying to access our room.the only reason we got any sleep the 3rd night was after complaining got an upgrade to the highest floor. The breakfast here is a joke with no variety. This hotel caters to the busloads of Chinese & as a westerner you are not welcomed in any way. We are seasoned Thailand travelers & have never experienced anything like our stay here. Was so happy as our taxi drove away on the morning of departure. will return to Ao Nang its beautiful but will stay as far away as possible from this hotel when we return.
