Amplio, limpio y bien equipado.Habitaciones amplias, con terraza, bien equipadas y limpias. La piscina es grande y tranquila. Además el agua está muy caliente. Está cerca del centro y de la playa. En cinco minutos se llega a la zona de compras, al puerto o a la playa.

Good locationComplex is well maintained close to all port Douglas attractions, restaurants, bars, beach the only thing that you need to be aware of is that some of the apartments are really an air bnb setup so if you dont do your homework or dont get instructions via email ( which we didnt receive) then you could find it hard to gain access as reception does not deal with these properties so if you were to roll up late then you better know all the entry details ( codes etc) we were lucky as the lady on reception knew a phone number to call and it just happened to be the apartment owner/ manager ( we personally dont like these holiday lets as meeting off site property management to get access can be painful) We booked through Agoda and there was no mention of an air bnb type let, there is good undercover parking within the complex but could not see any cctv anywhere in the grounds, nice pool area, if you get a second or third floor apt then beware only stairs no elevator , also front doors are all glass so it gets bright in the morning as there are no blockout curtains

Excellent location, comfortable stay, clean modern, tropical and quietVery clean and modern apartment in an excellent location, 2 blocks from Macrossen Street, 2 blocks from the beach. The apartment was a touch smaller than I imagined but comfortable for two people. Small balcony overlooking garden/pool area. Room had nice amenities - soaps etc and a kitchen with all the gadgets. The complex has two pools, each with a nice tropical feel and plenty of seating. Grounds well maintained, tidy. Easy car parking. It appears apartments are individually owned and let both through the onsite manager and through services such as AirBNB etc - so furnishings and amenities within individual apartments may vary. Highly recommended.

Bali in Port DouglasIf you like a more traditional Bali type accommodation like we do then youll love this. We booked through Airbnb and had no problems checking in early through reception. We stayed in room 56. A lovely room with a spa no real view to speak of but still a great room. Two lovely pools, we loved it.

DissapointedI booked this accommodation through Hello World. I booked two One bedroom: rooms. One for my husband and myself and the other was for our friends who accompanied us on the holiday to Port Douglas. The pictures of the rooms and pool areas are made to look really good. They picture very well BUT that is not what you get. We were all extremely disappointed as we approached the reception, noticing that whilst they had great pool areas they were certainly in need of love and updating. The roof tiles of the huts were black and appeared to be covered in mould and the reception area looked dingy and tired. The staff were very friendly and provided us our keys to our rooms. My husband and I had room 4 and our friends had room 7. When my husband and I entered the room we immediately felt that it was very dark with no real natural light. The room, furniture and all of its kitchen area were quite old and dated. There was limited cupboard space to put our clothes in (a very small closet), the side tables in the bedroom had no drawers and the bath room had no cupboards at all!!! We literally had to live out of our suitcase and had to move a small table into the bathroom to put our toiletries in! The floor was floor boards and every time we walked across is it squeaked! To top it all there were only 2 bath towels and when I approached reception to get two more she advised that extra towels would costs $2 each and when I asked about beach towels I was told that we were lucky as beach towels were free for now as they usually charged for them as well!! The TV in the lounge area was outdated and very small. They provided a DVD player LOL. The DVDs provided for free at reception were quite old as well. They purport to be a 4+ star Resort and charge it as well but honestly this was such a disappointment for both us and our friends. Both rooms particularly room 7 provided no privacy and was a complete thorough fair. The blinds on the windows even when closed you could see straight through them. The view from Room 7 provided a view of big rubbish bins and not to mention our friends were woken up when they were being emptied and collected in the early hours of the morning! And oh their TV was on the blink as well!!!! If I was to provide any good rating it is for cleanliness, the rooms were very clean and oh you got free Wi-Fi. I would not recommend this place particularly Rooms 4 and 7. And definitely any room that is on the ground floor if you appreciate your privacy. I will definitely NOT RETURN.
