  Attention travellers

  Biggest nightmare entering this property. Its nothing like mentioned on its site. They turn hot water off whenever they want to, we had no hot water for 3 weeks. No wifi as mentioned. Broken chairs and floors. Air conditioning plays up. Got tv connected after a week after making several phone calls. No daily room service as mentioned cleaner only comes once a week but you have to find her to clean, she is no where to be seen most of the time Families please dont book this apartment otherwise your holiday will be nightmare Altaf is the worst host in Fiji

  Stay away

  Very, very budget apartments. A/C didn't work in 1 of the 2 rooms for the first 5 nights of our stay and was fixed on our last night. Tons of big cockroaches inside (all throughout our 7 days), especially in the kitchen and ants everywhere inside too. No compensation at all for the broken A/C for most of our stay. NO WIFI as advertised "currently not working" with no explanation. The windows had panels missing, so was basically half open the entire time. Rooms are spacious and the lounge is okay too. Location is okay, 30 seconds walk to McDz and 10-15mins from Denaru and same for main town. Payment for the full booking was taken 3 months before our arrival day and on the booking it says pay at property, no notice telling us it would be. Multiple dodgy charges too. Horrible check-in experience, our taxi driver rang the "boss" and asked if he was heading to the right apartments, he replies with "Yes I think we have those guests on our check-in for today" , we get there 10 mins later and no-one turns up for 30mins+. When he finally turns up, just stands there and doesn't help while my girlfriend & I struggle to bring in 5 pieces of luggage. The guy is a very big guy too. I would avoid for sure.

  Convenient and good value overnight stay

  Fully serviced apartment rooms are spotless, very roomy and fully equipped with full size fridge, microwave, stovetop and all cooking utensils you will need. Close to supermarkets and some decent restaurants and coffee shops.

  Hibiscus Apartments a Great Experience

  We stayed in a 2 BR 2Bath for 3 weeks. While not trimmed out like a Hilton Hotel the apartment is well appointed and spacious. King & Queen bedrooms, or clean and quite large with plenty of hot water showers. Location to NADI Airport,NADI town, Denarau Island, and other local resort entertainment facilities is relatively easy by taxi or rental car. We enjoyed the spacious fully equipped kitchen and relaxing living room in apartment-style living. There is a nearby meat market for us, beef eaters, to purchase specialty cuts of beef or pork. The only thing I suggested to management was to add an outdoor community BBQ grill for holiday cookouts around the pool area. Marie of the resort community offers attentive maid/laundry service as needed. Altaf Buksh the GM was helpful in other needs. Like WIFI and or other services he could offer for the 3 properties he manages. He communicates with all his guests well. We plan to return either in December or following January. PS: This is a gated community for safe parking and guest restrictions.

  Stay somewhere else

  The pool and outside areas were always dirty. Inside the apartment was full of cockroaches. Manager charged for services not received and also took four months to refund security deposit. Lots of great places to stay, dont bother with this one!
