Nice condo but the whole place needs an updateStayed on 3rd floor in bldg 210. The condo itself was quite roomy, floors were filthy. If you like being right next to an RV park, then this is the ticket. Butler Beach is not amazing. I don't like it when they allow cars to drive on the beach. Ruins it for me. Advertised 3 pools, really only 2 that can be used. The 3rd is only for certain tenants. Complex needs updating.

Loved A-301We so thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and comfortably furnished. We especially appreciated the artistry of the person who hand painted some of the furniture. The decor was quite interesting and unique. We were not at all concerned with the hairline cracks in the ceramic floors, nor did we care about the minor fraying of the carpet at transition spots. No big deal. The balcony was wonderful with a lot of seating and tables and a beautiful view. Our only complaint was that the kitchen was not really stocked at all. There were no measuring cups or spoons, no baking sheets or casserole dishes, no bowls with lids for storing food. But we would go back in a flash-we loved every minute of being there

Two bedroom on the beach.Spacious two bedroom units. Beautiful grounds and crystal clear pool on the beach. Youd be hard pressed to find a nicer two bedroom unit directly on the beach. Two bedroom units are not common in this area.

Overall good one week stay. This TS was unique in that it was nestled in amongst privately owned condos. The location was excellent. It was cool- in the 40s at night and 60s during the day, so enjoyed the unit having a fireplace. It was not gas, so had to spend a day trying to find dura logs. If you travel there by vehicle, purchase logs before you go. They advertise a hot tub in each unit, which it is actually a large whirlpool tub, however, it is so large the hot water heater is not adequate to fill the tub and there is not a heater, so it is not practical. With CoVid, we have been pretty confined to staying at home, so we enjoyed being able to go someplace and cook our own meals. I always carry my own antibacterial cleaner. The dishes had to all be washed by hand as it was obvious they were put into the dishwasher with dried on food, run through the dishwasher and put away. I could still see lip prints on the glasses and dried on food on the plates. However, with CoVid, l would have cleaned them again regardless. It has two pools and a hot tub, but due to cool weather, we didnt use. There is a bit of a walk to get to the beach, but we found it not crowded (most likely due to temps & time of year) . Again great location to proximity of everything near St Augustine. There is a Winn Dixie and Publix around a mile from unit, so it was easy to get groceries. Overall, as this unit was not many points, l would return if it still remains less than 12 points.
