  No hot water in the room

  This hotel is out from the citt centre. Hotel is average. No hot water kettle in the room. The hote water dispenser is located on the ground floor next to the reception area. I wonder how they have this arrangement. Its really so inconvenient when u have baby that need to drink milk middle of the night. Requested to have another pillow..is THB 100 per pillow. End up not taking. Hotel is clean. Overall 5/10.

  Good 3 Star Hotel

  Stayed for 1 night. Location was good and safe area. Smooth and fast check in process. If you have transport, you can park your vehicle in the parking lot area provided by the hotel. Room was spacious and clean and the hotel provides complimentary 2 bottle waters and the room also equipped with refrigerator. Most of the rooms have balcony, so easy to smoke outside the room. Mini mart located on the ground floor and convenient for hotel guests. Overall, good hotel for travellers to Hat Yai.

  Just average hotel in business area of Hat Yai

  I went there with a group of friends. It was just an average hotel with standard service and facilities. Room was just okay, clean but nothing special. A bit far from the city center, but visitors can always order taxi online to get to places.

  satisfactory and overall acceptable. need more facilities Need to have restaurant and some drop off service like buggy and bus station area. saw some renovation and probably can be further improve in future.

  Excellent acomodation with budget prise

  My stay at this hotel recently was really comfortable. The room was so huge with balcony and super comfy bed. Overall the room and bathroom was very clean. Good wifi and silent aircond. All rooms comes with own balcony and flat sceen telivision. How ever the hotel located abit out of city. But transportation is not a problem at all because tuk tuk always wait outside hotel to bring u anywhere u want to go. Also ehailing service like grab bike and grab car very easy to get But during my stay restaurant and lobby area was in renovation to serve better their guest better in future. I highly recomend this hotel to anyone who looking for a comfortable room with budget prise. Beliave me u wont regret if chose this place. Thank u and i will back again soon when i visit hatyai.
