  Fawlty Towers meets the Ice Maiden

  Please do not ever book this hotel if you wish to come away with your sanity intact. The actual place itself is nicely decorated, however that is where the positive aspect begins and ends. Firstly, we were booking in as a pre-booked wedding party of 30 from Ireland. It took over 2 hours to allocate rooms even though we all had booking ref.'s and written confirmation. They then placed us in the wrong rooms with additional beds missing and could not provide an additional bed for my nephew even though we had been assured at the time of booking that it would be no problem. Events took a turn for the worse when they ran out of both food and drink in the restaurant the first night and expected people to share plates of salad and then pay for the privilege of receiving no food! On the Sunday morning, my partner and son were presented with a breakfast menu and then completely ignored for half an hour at which point they got up and left without having had breakfast. My brother-in-law got shouted at for sneezing by the frosty waitress, and ordered to the toilet. She then served eggs and ham to a vegetarian and when we complained, she proceeded to pick the ham out of it and throw the plate back down in front of my 14-yr-old niece. Nice!! My brother was given a 'Talk to the hand 'cos the face ain't listening' hand gesture when he asked for coffee and they wouldn't even give me a bowl of hot water to make soup for my 2-yr-old. What more do I need to say? Thank God for Bar Dakota across the main road and the 24-hr Garage, or we would have perished long before the weekend was over. STAY AWAY!!!!

  Expensive and service = 0

  The hotel and the restaurant are not friendly and the quality of the food is bad. The architecture outside has nothing to see with the interior. The service is poor. The shower did not work. Furnish are old and post sovietic. It's near a gas station. And the food is really bad.

  Hotel in middle of Poland

  We found this hotel late evening during trip through Poland. It is situated near gas station and very busy S8 highway. Room and bathroom was spacious and clean. The car parking looks very unsafe but we stay just for one night. Total price with breakfast was expensive. Breakfast simple without fruits or desert and terrible coffee.
