  Ideal estancia corta

  El hotel está muy bien ubicado, correcto el desayuno y linda pileta, se puede estacionar a una cuadra en la calle que no hay parkimetros, tener cuidado que no esté escrito en el pavimento porque significa que es un estacionamiento de un residente, es ideal para estar un par de días y conocer Key West un lugar soñado ,increíble la onda del pueblo.

  Terrible place, terrible confrontational management

  I left an honest review of how displeased I was with my stay there. On top of having to walk blocks upon blocks to find a parking spot I had come back to have my room door wide open, and two men (not wearing any type of uniform) working in my room. I was not told before that there was any maintenance scheduled, nor did I ask for any. They management felt the need to respond to my review stating it was untrue. That there wasnt two men in my room, but one inside fixing blinds and one outside painting. They never once reached out to me, they never once told me they had scheduled maintenance (since they knew the blinds were broken prior to my stay, and the painting was being done). I was more surprised by their defensive nature in their review. I said everything honestly, and if I had something good to say about the place I would have... but frankly those experiences, along with the unhelpful staff, and now their response to my review leaves me with nothing nice to say about it. Please think twice before spending your money here, they are so many other nice, customer service orientated places to stay down there!

  This really could be a 5 star property if...

  I stayed here from 12/23/20 til 12/29/20.. All in all, it's not a bad property, but could be better if they just paid attention to detail.. the property is surrounded by awesome gardens of palm trees, potted plants, and other trees, but there are so many dead leaves and branches that we had the urge to do some gardening while there. It really took away from the ambiance. The room itself was fine.. bed was comfortable, but we could not get hot water out of the sink unless it was right after we took a hot shower. You could see where they painted over any scratches on the walls in the room as it was a different color and very noticable. The breakfast each morning was fine and the seating area where you could eat was decent. We really enjoyed Mary, the hotel cat, and Trent at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I would stay here again..

  Quaint and reasonable

  We enjoyed four nights at the Heron House, to include time on and off the property. We appreciated the proximity to downtown shopping, the opportunity to visit in the many seating areas spread throughout the property, and the staff professionalism. Breakfast was sufficient and rooms were clean. We felt our nightly rate was appropriate for amenities offered and the complexion of the hotel. Trent was a fantastic help to a need that arose for us. We are grateful to have had the opportunity to get away in a relaxing and pleasant villa like the Heron House. Thank you!

  Another nice stay at Heron House

  This was our second time staying at Heron House. We like the location, the large rooms, comfortable beds, and the adults only atmosphere. A nice breakfast is served daily. Thank you to the staff of Heron House for another memorable stay!
