  Service are too good

  Service was excellent. Reception service by Reena and Vinay was excellent. View are too good. Food also good..i will definitely recommend this hotel for my friends. Staff have kind nature and always see smile on there face

  All I want for Christmas is this view.

  This being my first solo trip I was kinda skeptical. However, the staff here made it easy n relaxin. Right from the lady at the reception Reena to Vinay and Bodhraj, everyone was super friendly and always ready to clear my doubts about commuting to nearby places. They made sure I was safe n comfortable during my stay n also while commuting to d places I wantd to visit. D view frm d room is to die for. Located in d midst of nature (yes d nearest atm too is kinda far). The Park/garden within d hotel is a good place to relax after a tiring trek. Supa cozy rooms :) wud definitely come bak n recommend to ppl who wanna come here.

  Vacation

  One of the best resort in manali himachal predesh.... very good atmosphere and beautiful view... delicious food and beverage....very cooperative service staff like....reema ji and sushil ji...my suggestion to you plaese upgrade the your hotels reception area and change the smart tv instant of your old tvs... because mostly time there is bed weather and signal is not coming... guest like us very disappointed for that....other vise very good resort in town.... thank you.

  Beautiful Property with very hospitable staff

  The property is beautiful. This being our first family trip to a hill station, we faced lot of issues regarding heaters etc . Vinay and Sania one of their staff members has been very kind and helpful. We had an amazing family holiday

  A careless property but intention to charge carefully to Guests

  We booked the property Heritage Village Resort / Heritage Satvika at Nagar in June2020 during lockdown as they confirmed the availability by mid June period for Rs. 10,500/ for 3 nights in Premium room with Balcony / 1 Bed room including breakfast. This include pick up from Patlikul of nearest Bus Stop with tea coffee and welcome drinks, Bonfire for a day etc. In the mid June for strict lockdown and govt. restriction we couldnt perform the trip but paid Rs. 5,000 as advance. So we postpone the trip and communicated to them on 21st October that we will make the stay from 16-19th November just after Diwali. In response of request all facilities gone away and rate revised Rs. 16,500/ for 3 nights. In last communication they mentioned as due to govt restriction the trip not conducted the date change would be made within 6 months. But their new rate and communication comes as headache to us. Still as advance been deposited we kept the trip to there and further Rs. 5,000 paid on 15th as they were insisting for full Rs. 16,500 payment. We realised the resort is utilising the situation and we already in trap to pay them Rs.5,000 as advance in June itself. On 16th November around 6:30 pm we arrived to resort from Kasauli after almost 9 hours journey. The surrounding was completely dark and on providing all I.D. Card they demanded balance Rs. 6,500/ to get us entry to room. Realising their trick I insisted not to pay further and mentioned pay only next morning after confirming the facilities and service. I had to ring local police DSP and when they realised I am not going to budge they allowed 1 bed room to us. In super cool weather we asked for a room heater they mentioned its chargeable Rs. 250/ night additional. We agreed and then had dinner with high charge food like Chicken curry Rs. 500/. The heater put in room stopped to work at 11:30 pm and I tried all option but the ph no I have was their Delhi no and in night no one available to replete the heater so we had to compromise the cold with one Rajai only. Next day morning we had breakfast with only option Aloo Paratha/bread omlet. They mentioned Premium rooms were not available but we havent seen any other guest in the morning. We were sole guest at Breakfast table. So I insisted the boy to show Premium room as the 1 bed room provided to us at bottom most part and all views blocked. The boy showed one room and I asked to shift us to that Premium room ( please consider premium room as lower category compared to 1 bed room which have some kitchen area and toilet is better). As I had June booking in premium room with Rs.10,500/ I asked to provide me same as they have that room available. But they said thats not possible as charges now revised and after lots of bargain they agreed with Rs.14,500/ for 3 nights. And now balance Rs. 4,500 I have to pay them before the room shift. The boy literally standing at room door even after payment of Rs. 3,000 further. All these ruthless instructions were coming from a Lady May be at Delhi who actually handling the reservation and booking and sent the mails during booking stage. The boys at resort only telling they have to obey the instruction only. Anyway I paid another Rs.4,500 as wanted to avoid further argument but all matter was crystal clear to us that in the whole except no guest we have seen in all 3 days. Now on their service, no tea coffee been put on next day. Water given in Jug not bottle water when they mentioned 2 water bottle as complimentary. The adventure section is rusted and no maintenance, it might be for lockdown but fresh towels, soaps and tea coffee should be provided which were not done and we purchased it from Manali as the resort behaviour is very clear to us. We havent tried food except Aloo Paratha in thebreakfast after 1st night dinner there. The food is just so so and it is clear a lady preparing that in kitchen. I must say caretaker was local guy and looks innocent but the instructor from Delhi/outside controls them and made the whole resort a worthless place. In the last night of our stay on 18th November I asked to give me final amount to clear everything. They charged Rs. 250X3 nights for heater and Dinner of 1st night. I was not ready to pay heater charges for 3 nights, then they asked to pay Rs.100 for 1st night and finally with lots of heated arguments I paid Rs. 50 for 1st night rest as per their charges. Here to mention in last night also in early morning heater stopped to work. Now as location the property is just 2km from Nagar in direction of Nagar - Manali. Good place with few Apple tree within resort. Quite far from Manali but good to stay avoiding huddle bustle of town. In car Manali is 30 min and Kullu 45 min via Patlikul. The view is not bad with few snow capped peaks from resort. But with very ruthless mentality of resort owner or manager with Price of Rs. 5,000/ night doesnt value for money. If a per negotiation possible and of course payment after stay it can be a good resort for 2 -3 days calm stay. But be prepared for costly flooding and chased services.
