  Room not worth the rate

  I used booking.com to find a property. I choose this one as it was said to be quiet. Rate online started at $119. I called property who said they had vacancy. When I arrived they I formed me they did not have any of their standard rooms but did have a smaller room which was priced accordingly. I thought fine.. Must be the $119 room... Cheapest available. I then filled in a breakfast order. They don't offer just eggs, so I asked how do I get just eggs, no sausage. No bacon etc. He said just pick egg n bacon and Cross bacon off. Cool The room was indeed small. Very cold as probably not used often. Aircon very noisy but warmed room fast. The curtains on closing were half hanging off the rail. There is a window directly above your head in bed which has freezing cold air coming off. I had to wear a beanie to keep my head warm. Checkout was a debacle. Drop in keys. Told all OK. Whole in car ready to leave, knock on window, you haven't paid... So back to office. Paid $135 and left again, only to get another knock on window, You haven't paid for your breakfast!!!! So back again.. Questioned been charged for the not ordered baco, only to be told that was my choice. They then decided to reduce to $8. So this little cold room which they had told me was priced accordingly ended up costing me more than most rooms in Wagga.....even more than the cheapest they list themselves!!!! Needless to say will not be back.

  GREAT MOTEL!! WELL WORTH THE MONEY!!

  Stayed at Econo Lodge Heritage tonight and actually booked two rooms - one for my son and granddaughter and one for ourselves!! What a great find - clean, modern motel accomodation and we cann't hear any road noise from our room. Would definitely stay again and well worth the visit!!

  Paid, arrived, no room

  We booked and paid for two rooms through Wotif. My in-laws arrived earlier in the day and one of the bookings had been "moved and cancelled"....This was a Friday night in Waaga where literally EVERY room, stayz, air bnb in Waaga was booked out. When we arrived the manager did what he did with what he had to accommodate us but, in the end, we still spent our weekend away in a room that my in-laws had to walk through to get to the only bathroom. The room was atrocious, it had obviously been remodeled hastily and poorly. Sitting in the kitchen you could hear the manager's family talking, smell their dinner and hear the toilet flush. There is only one small TV in the main bedroom and (other than a small, dirty cream lounge sitting in front of a cupboard) no where to actually sit and even just just have a cup of tea. We stayed here because we had no other option and were there to see our daughter's final university drama performance. The manager said repeatedly that he was only going to be there for 3 months, for the sake of everyone, I hope they find themselves in another industry.

  Great room

  Great room recently renovated, very spacious with lounge in room. Bathroom large and clean. Fridge and coffee facilities, ironing board and iron in room. Hairdryer also in room. Ample power points for charging etc. Will stay again definitely

  Our time at the inn

  We throughly enjoyed our time at heritage comfort , friendly staff greeted us on arrival and that pleasant approach stayed throughout our three night stay. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable and plenty of hot water for our showers. We ordered breakfast 2 of 3 mornings which was delicious and delivered on time and piping hot
