  Lovely Lovely place to stay

  I stayed with my family - 2 adults and 3 kids aged 5 to 11 years. We were guests for 2 nights and we cannot recommend this hotel enough. We had a family suite with a jacuzzi, and we were not cramped in anyway. We had the continental breakfast - really nice. Our suite and the pool + hot tub and gym were very clean. The staff were very warm and welcoming, especially Chantelle. We took the Dinomite deal, which was a good bargain. We all will be happy to stay here again.

  THE hotel is nice and has good staff at the reception.Ther was tea coffee juices always available.THere was breakfast but only cold breakfast.nothing warm was served.Wish something warm could be added to breakfast like scrambled eggs.on the whole was a pleasing stay

  Bring you're own wifi router

  Had to ask the staff to clean the desk inside the room that was covered in something biological. Wifi reception problematic at best. At worst, the Wendy's across the street might help out. The main elevator shudders and creaks when stopping. On the plus side, the staff is helpful and friendly and courteous.

  Fine stay for a hockey tournament

  Hotel is clean & well maintained. We stayed for a weekend hockey tournament with a group. Hotel was quite quiet considering, although doors close loudly. Room was oversized with 2, queen beds & a wet bar area with small sink, microwave & fridge. Bathroom was spacious with a nice large tub / shower combination. Breakfast was very basic. No single fruits, but fruit salad that could have been fresher. Does the trick, but nothing to get excited over! Hospitality suite was missing the tv & when asked staff did nothing to remedy the situation. Customer service here is very average. Would probably try another hotel next time in Brooks just for comparison.

  Excellent stay

  We booked just an hour before checking in, four kids in tow after two long days of travel. Two Queen beds and a roll away cot. The cot was already in our room by the time we arrived. Bonus! We had inquired about the pool when we had booked and the lady at the front desk let us know that someone had just gone in but that it would be free for us to use in 45 minutes. (Each room can book one hour of pool time) Ten minutes into unpacking she called our room to let us know the person had left and that the pool was free for us to use. Super nice of her! And it made our kids day! The room was clean, the beds super comfortable with warm duvets. Breakfast was bagged and even included a couple things that our gluten free kids could have, though not everything. Overall, a great experience and we would stay there again!
