  we couldn't have been treated better

  As the weather was Hot we decided to try the Heritage Inn as it advertised a Pool and Hot Tub! Both in working order and nice and clean. Lots of towels there so you didn't need to go short in the room. Beds very comfy and my family liked the pillows as well. Nice and quiet even with a Wedding in the Building Make sure and sign up for the Complimentary Breakfast, yummy choices and good sized portions The staff was awesome from Housekeeping, front desk and Resturant staff! We'll be back

  Good value.

  The hotel has been maintained well and rooms are comfortable, quiet and clean. The staff are very friendly at the desk as well as in the inhouse restaurant. Not downtown but a short drive. Moose Jaw is a quaint city and has much to offer tourists.

  Wonderful but very noisy bathroom fan

  We spent 3 nights here and had only one complaint about the room and that was the noise of the fan whenever you turned in the light in the bathroom. Surprised if they couldnt have heard it all the way down the hallway. Bed was super comfy and the staff at reception and the restaurant were wonderful. We were a little disappointed on the Sunday morning in the restaurant when we opted to,order off the menu before the buffet was open but half an hour later we were told that we would still have quite a wait for our order as they were short staffed in the kitchen who were obviously more concerned about getting the buffet out instead of our orders. To,our waitresss credit she gave us the buffet for the same price as the breakfast we ordered as we didnt want to wait for the 15-20 more it would have taken to get our order. Would definitely stay here again but would suggest they look at the bathroom fans and update.

  Room on the main floor was was damp and cold ( stayed in June)

  Despite what looks like a somewhat recent renovation to the rooms the room was very cold and had a damp atmosphere. Carpet felt wet as well. Chilled all night even though it was the middle of June. Otherwise it was clean and the Silo bar attached was a good time.

  I won't be staying again

  The photos make this place look modern and inviting, not the same as when I arrived. The parking lot was empty and im sure it was busier before Covid, but i only saw one other family there. We were still put on the second floor and loaded up the cart to find the elevator. There was no elevator. The halls were dark and really just felt creepy. They also were hot and humid, maybe because the hotel was empty they turned off the air conditioning? The room itself was alright, just dated. However, when we went to go to sleep, I found stains on 2 of the pillowcases. The next morning when I went to shower, I discovered that there wasn't a shower curtain!!!! When I told the staff upon leaving, he was apologetic. However, I would not stay here again
