  Unfriendly staff, room was ok

  We stayed for 1 night in January 2014, we got a grab one voucher but when we rang up were told we had to pay an extra 40 dollars which we did (not sure why). The woman we spoke to wasnt very friendly, she didn't write our e mail address down pcorrectly so when we turned up at the apartments and realised there was no reception we were told we had to pick the keys up from a different hotel which was at least a 10 minute walk away which didn't help because it was pouring with rain. The lady didn't apologise just said that she had e mailed us to tell us, which she hadn't. Room was average, nice views. Plenty of better places in queenstown I wouldn't waste your time staying here.

  No reponsibility, Not Honest, Bad Communications

  We booked this motel at the end of November 2013 for 15 and 16 of January 2014. But she(owner) processed for 15 and 16 of December 2103. I found this motel thru 'Grabone' advertizing. But she asked me directly to pay to her. Not Honest. When we arrived on 15th of January, we should walk out from this motel. I lost my money $399. Because she booked my accomodation for December. !!! Not honest.. !!!! terrible owner. Be watch out when booking. !!!Bad communication. I am looking for legal action now.

  The views & modern living

  This place was just ideal for our group of 7. Every morning you wake up to the gorgeous Lake Wakatipu surrounded by James Bond styled mountainous backdrops. All expectations met for comfort and features

  Great choice for a great stay

  Booked 2 rooms, really well presented, amazing views, beds to die for and friendly service to match. The pool and spa area look amazing, unfortunately didn't get to jump in... Next time. Coffee and tea services, nice private bathrooms with baths!! Thanks for the great stay guys!

  Fantastic view options, good service, great food and handy to bus into downtown Queenstown. Price range to suit all budgets. Inhouse gymn and in room services available. Love the robes in the rooms. Wifi available, competitive rates.
