  POOR VACATION VILLAGE

  Vacation Village has unacceptable and poor hosekeeping policy.. Thay asked extra charge of US $ 9.- for changing wet towels with clean dry ones.. They don't provide the guests with BATHROBE AND SLIPPER AS MOST OF THERMAL CLUBS DO. This club seems to be that it DOES NOT DESERVE of being RCI membership. I guess that foreign guests will NEVER BE SATISFIED at this thermal vacation club.
