  Hotel básico, muy para 'grupos'

  Hotel sencillo, sin ningún lujo. Comida buffet y comedor para grupos, sin posibilidad de estar solos o en grupo reducido. Atención correcta, el servicio de spa estaba lleno de gente de los grupos, y para lo que es el hotel está bien. No hay apenas nada alrededor, alguna tienda y poco más. Tienen wifi gratis por todo el hotel, la comida es un poco lo de siempre, sobre todo cuando llevas un par de días en Turquía. Habitaciones justitas, limpias, en general bien. No hay ascensor para subira los pisos superiores, y, si vas cargado, te acuerdas de más de uno. Hotel para dormir y poco más, y la zona donde está lo mismo, poca cosa que hacer después de patearte Pamukkale y Hierapolis.

  Excellent well priced hotel for family stays

  My family and I booked into a room with a double bed plus two single beds for a one night stay after visiting Pamukkale. The service at checkin was faultless. All the staff are super friendly, polite and efficient and all know their roles well. Both dinner and breakfast was also included with our room charge. Dinner especially is worth a mention: although a buffet, it was simply sensational. The food comprised of many choices from the traditional Turkish kitchen. Everything was delicious from the soup to the mains and salads to the desserts. I have stayed in many hotels over the years and it is rare to be so impressed by a buffet dinner. The hotel also has a nice large resort style open air pool, as well as thermal baths, jacuzzi, sauna, a women only hamam as well as a mixed hamam, steam room and fitness centre. This hotel is definitely well worth staying at for a lot longer than just a single night. You will be impressed.

  An uninspiring hotel at Pamukalle

  A normal motel styled hotel suited mostly for familes. Nothing inspiring about the hotel except that it has Thermal baths and a decent dinner / breakfast. The room interiors are functional and we were given a poor room overlooking the car park. Suitable for one night.

  OK base for short stay, great food

  Updated even fancy public space, very dated room and bath, but usable. Toilet leaked. Incredible breakfast and dinner, both in variety and quantity. Attracts busloads of local tourists so felt like an authentic experience. Turkish singer and dancing at dinner were unexpected highlights of the hotel stay.

  Amazing value, good Covid19 precautions

  This must be our 10th visit and once again, it did not disappoint. We stayed 2nights and elected to go Half-board because we know from previous experience that eating out in Karahayit isn't a particularly good option. Breakfast buffet has been modified to buffet style but with service at the counter. We were impressed with the Covid19 precautions taken at the hotel in all areas - rooms were spotless, thermal pool area expanded and very properly Socially Distanced. We ate outside in the evening with an assisted buffet style system. Evening meal options not terribly adventurous but adequate. Staff team were all very welcoming and friendly with a very nice guy (who spoke English) at reception. With this year's exchange rate, the value was exceptional. We're looking forward to visiting again next year. Thank you everyone concerned.
