  Nice Hotel!

  We stayed here over the new year. I was a little concerned as it is one of the only hotels not reviewed but i was more than happy... Location is good as there is a metro which is 2 mins away and is very easy to use. It runs until around midnight and costs about a pound to get you in the middle of town, a taxi costs around £7. The area itself also has a mcdonalds always good for a hangover. The rooms are very spacious with bedrooms and living areas. I would definately recommend for a stag do as it is a perfect location. The hotel bar is ok and a pint is about a £1. The hote was clean, staff friendly with a cute little white dog running around. All in all i would definately return..! I think we paid around £20 a night for the two of us, bargain.

  Mostly fine

  We stayed in this hotel for two nights. The room given was quite big and had twin beds, a sofa, desk, table and 2 chairs. I also had a televisio (Czech channels only) and a hairdryer. It was basic and clean. However, my only complaint about it was the absence of hot drink facilities in the bedroom, particularly needed in winter. We also found it odd that our beds were not made, and the bathroom not cleaned, after the first night , but,maybe they would have doneit if our stay was longer. Though the location was not very attractive, walls completely covered in graffiti, the hotel was quiet, and we experienced none of the disturbance you can have on a Friday night in England. Breakfast was disappointing, as it was a plate of cold ham, salami,egg and cheese, so we only ate the slices of bread with jam, honey or butter. But it must be said that the staff was very friendly and helpful, and out of three receptionists, two of them spoke English. The hotel was only 1 minute away from the tube station, so it was easy to go to the centre, and the tube is very easy to use.
