  Not a real 5 star hotel!

  Although they claim they are they certainly don't live up to that standard! The service was terrible not at all friendly. We could not adjust our room temperature and endured three nights of unbearable heat as the temperatures are base on the whole floor and they did not decrease it even after we asked that they did. In addition there is a ktv (karaoke) bar downstairs so prepare to listen to terrible singing well into the night. Our fellow hotel neighbors were also atrocious! They were very very loud and banging doors until after midnight Lastly we experienced that after having a shower the water would flood the bathroom. Overall not an enjoyable stay since we assumed this was five star quality from what was advertised online.

  Ok for business not great for tourists

  The hotel was average, good price for rooms but everything else was expensive. 81 CNY for breakfast!! The staff was as helpful as they could be but there were very few English speaking staff on site, not that I expect everyone in China to speak English, that is just an FYI, room was clean but dated and it was a non smoking room on a smoking floor so still smelt, every night we were woken up at 2 am by very loud techno, not sure we're it was coming from but it stopped by 3am, all in all ok hotel, not great but not awful

  Local Hotel - Good value for business

  I have stayed at this hotel a number of times. It is consistent, however it isn't the most refined of hotels. However, for the price paid, it is a comfortable bed, in a good sized room. The breakfast buffet has lots of options, and is good value. Internet is included. Zhengzhou hotels are not the best in general. This is much better than others I have stayed at in Zhengzhou. Over time, the service levels will improve. This hotel does provide a good level of service (Chinese style), however you do typically get rushed. Lots of noise on this trip in the room. I stayed on the 11th floor, and both nights there was loud noise. I am a heavy sleeper, so it didn't bother me too much. I will continue staying here, as it is very good value, and a known quantity in a city that is up and coming, but not quite there in regards to service, and customer experience.

  Dirty stinky hotel

  Stayed in 1125, a very dirty and smelling guest room. Huge construction going on in front of the hotel, which is going on during night hours as well. Shower head so dirty, rubber mat in shower with mushrooms on the bottom side, tiles and silicon full of black mold and dirt. NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.

  Nice Hotel, Great Breakfast

  Nice Hotel. Stayed for 4 nights. The rooms are comfortable, but ask for a non-smoking room. Breakfast was awesome and the dinner we had on our first night was very good. English is a little hit or miss, but it was not an issue. The location is not near anything, but the price was good and it was clean.
