  The hotel is situated in nice quiet surroundings, and has the most magnificent wiev to the Matterhorn. The staff are very frindly and familiar, and it is a clean hotel The breadfeast is just super duper

  Excellent

  Stayed as a group of 12 friends, including children 13+. Half term week February 2020. Half board. I don't leave many reviews but Hemizeus deserves the effort because I cannot fault the hotel in any way. I loved it. They have their own shuttles (x2) to/from the station. The food was excellent and varied; the restaurant/bar is lovely. The room I had, had been recently refurbished and was very comfortable. Breakfast every morning looking up at the Matterhorn. It is genuinely ski-in ski-out if you like. Or it is easily walkable to the nearest gondola which runs up to Furi and on towards the glacier ski area and where there is a ski rental where you can leave your skis. (There is also the red line bus but tends to be full at peak time). There is a lovely spa. The staff are efficient and equally important they are also very, very friendly and helpful. Very special thanks to Amelia in the restaurant / bar who looked after us so very well. We all had a fantastic week's skiing, so thank you again.

  Good location and nice staff, average services

  Good location, not far from the centre and the main attractions of the village, with amazing view of the Matterhorn. Friendly staff. Relaxing spa. Room and food of average quality, perhaps a little overpriced.

  Charming Hotel with best Quality Service and Food

  We stayed here for the second time in a row and were again delighted by a warm host and a great team delivering a fantastic stay with a top service. We recommend the Hemizeus acommodation, SPA and fine dinners for everyone who's looking out to enjoy a unique customer experience and great value for the price. We thank you all at the Hemizeus for your care and friendliness and we're looking forward to come back in 2022.

  Warm, thoughtful service with jaw dropping view

  Stayed here for a night as a staycation for our first family vacation with a 4 month old baby. I was intentional in choosing a hotel with a Matterhorn view and a half board option. After a short email to two hotels in the area, Hotel Hemizeus responded quickly with a personalised offer, and that was how we chose to stay with them. It is located about a 15 mins walk from town, which makes it great for a nice quiet stay and people who love to walk into town. We stayed at an Alpine Deluxe Room which has been recently renovated - very spacious and comfortable bed with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn on a blue sunny day. The fixed menu as part of the half board was simple but very tasty and served at the right temperature and speedy - which was great for us since we have a baby with an unpredictable crying schedule. One thing that my husband and I really appreciate most was the thoughtfulness that went into making our first stay out with our baby a comfortable one - from room allocation (ground floor as there are no lifts) to timely dining service to ensure that we could work around a fussy baby (if need be)... small things but these intuitive service did not go unnoticed and as first time parents, we really appreciate that our first family vacation was a success and not a stressful one because of this care.
