    good hotel with own outside pool

    The hotel is situated about 10 minutes of walking to the beach. It's easy to find in the city as it is situated on the main road. The parking places aren't sufficient, but you can also park on the road in front of the hotel. We booked a superior room for 3 persons arranged with a kingsize bed and one single bed, we also asked them for a baby cot which was provided free of charge. We have requested half board and the food was really good. The only issue was that our kids were a bit loud which annoyed the other guests and the waiters as well. I would suggest not to travel with small children to this hotel as it seems not to be suitable for families with little kids.

    Nice hotel, rooms, little language barrier

    When third bed is added to the classic room (so there are 1 double bed +1 single bed) it is quite small, but otherwise sufficient. Equipment - I think there was a big TV, hair dryer and fridge. Some rooms have a balcony, some do not. Hotel is quite nice. A little walk away from the beach and everything you need in reach :D. Has an outdoor pool and we also had decks and umbrellas on the beach included. Based on my experience, people over there know only a little English, all information were provided in Italian and German.

    Nice hotel

    This is a clean, tidy hotel a little way from the beach. The staff are helpful but their English is limited, still they were obliging. Breakfast great. A shame that the lifts were not working at the time of my stay and that the hotel suffered a power outage.

    Good hotel

    Avoid Room 309! Great praise for reception staff. Both receptionists speak super english and have not had any problems. They are very helpful. We booked the accommodation almost a month in advance. We got room 309 that was connected with the door 310. Horor! The neighbors from the 310 were very loud and through those doors sharing the room they all heard. Our room was the smallest in the whole hotel and I do not know what we got this room, we saw it on the draft at the door (throw it around in the picture). It was just very small! The cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory, the room was neat but not perfectly clean. The bathroom is a story for itself. We found dead insects and black hair. The waitress is quite slow and makes it quite superficial. The beds were nothing special, the pillows were low, so we requested additional reception at the front desk (the receptionist was very kind and within 5 minutes we had an extra pillow, all praise). The meals are fine, but it would be great to have a bit more choice. Breakfast is a buffet, and you choose between lunch and dinner between a couple of options. Salad is for lunch and dinner buffet, and dessert are 3 options (fruit, ice cream or cake). The staff at the restaurant is very kind. We had an organized pool party. Everything looked great and was very tasty. The water was not heated in the pool, so we did not swim and the whirlpool at the top of the hotel did not work.

    great hotel amaizing staff

    Honestly one of the best services we have ever had ! Covid had changed a lot in travelling but here despite the fact that they strictly follow all the rules, you can still feel the great atmosphere and extremely commitment of all employees Not only the staff is really helpful they are also allegri e gentili and really creative - carving decorations by Damiano are unforgetable !
