  Me ha decepcionado

  El hotel está cerca del aeropuerto de Viena, y puede ser conveniente si se ha alquilado un coche en el aeropuerto y debes devolverlo temprano, pero le he encontrado una serie de incomodidades: Habitaciones espartanas para un cuatro estrellas, en España hay hoteles de tres y hasta de dos estrellas con habitaciones igual o o más confortables que éste. No se puede comer en el hotel, sólo dan desayunos.Si vas con hambre...a cogerte el coche y a buscar avituallamiento por los alrededores. La recepción por la noche está cerrada. .

  HEINHOTEL Parking

  This was my second time using this same parking and I must admit it worked perfectly for me. The parking itself is a simple fenced and gated piece of graveled land but the service provided by the hotel was great. Upon arrival I had no issues checking in, dropping my car off and being picked up by a waiting taxi, all within 10 minutes. Upon my return, the taxi voucher given to me by the reception, worked perfectly and I was dropped off right at the gate. Unfortunately, my car's battery went completely dead and I asked the receptionist at the hotel for help. She (sadly I did not catch her name but she spoke Serbian on top of German and English) went out of her way to get her colleague to take his personal car and help me jump-start my car. This all took no more than 15 minutes!! I am VERY grateful for this simple but very important favor as it would cost me money and time to have road assistance service come and help me out! I will return to this place on my next trip from Vienna as I had a great experience both times I was there! Thank you very much!

  Parking review only

  Unfortunately we did not have a good experience using their car park. This was due to their the poor customer service. We came to drop the car early in the morning at 4.15AM and were slightly late, 10 minutes which we made them know just before our arrival. Yes, our fault for whatever reason. However, during those 10 minutes we were constantly called on our both mobile phones hurrying us and just stressing us out before a 12 hours flight. This made the whole parking experience very uncomfortable especially when having to use a self parking facility which normally works perfectly easy I believe but not under the mentioned circumstances. Things can be explained and dealt with in a really professional manner. We also paid the fine 15EUR for being late. The rude behavior of staff was just the freebie. :( On the arrival my wife was picking the car up and again she was a bit unlucky with a moody and uninterested taxi driver. He might not be part of their set up - I guess they use any spare taxi drivers for arriving passengers. However, the next time we will surely prepay a few euros more and park somewhat closer with no such hustle.

  Basic facilities, 10m away from the airport. Good for stopovers

  The hotel is a 2 store building in a quiet road/village near the airport. You will have to take a taxi to get you there, which costs around 15 euros (arrival lounge, ATS company) one way drive. For the price of 30 euros of the taxi that you will pay, I'll recommend that you stay in the hotel that is in front of the airport, which in the end will cost the same and save some sleeping time (in case that you need the hotel for a long stopover). No reception desk after 10pm. They will leave you the key outside, to which you can access with a code. Small place for breakfast (tables very close to each other) but good variety of food and clean. Rooms are basic. My bed had 2 individual blankets that didn't cover enough (no sheets). Doors didn't have enough isolation as you can hear other guests coming late. Very friendly and smiling receptionist that can book the taxi for you!

  Very nice, polite, helpful and honest hotel staff. In addition, they are very communicative, speak German and English. Parking is available near the hotel. the airport transfer was very fast and comfortable. In general, I highly recommend the hotel, parking lot and all hotel service
