  Clean and up to Expectation

  I am quite picky when it comes to accommodation but I would say that this hotel provides a pleasant stay for the 3 nights. We booked the smaller room and it was relatively small but good enough for short stay. The hotel is clean and the receptionists are friendly and helpful. The room we booked did not come with any complimentary breakfast but the manager of the hotel told us that we are most welcome to have the breakfast. The breakfast are very simple with sandwiches, fruits and tea & coffee but we are grateful with what they have provided. Furthermore, this hotel is very kind to provide 24/7 snacks and free beverages including soft drinks to all hotel guests. The location is great and within walking distance to Ximending area. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Taipei.

  Nice Hotel

  Overall satisfied with the hotel. However the standing shower not suitable for elderly as I need to climb over the wall/partition to take shower. Free 2 sandwiches for each guest & drink only coffee/tea. No free fruits or drinks as per mentioned by previous guests.

  Smaller than expected

  Pros: Room is clean and provide the toiletries you need Friendly staffs and willing to provide info Very less hotel in taiwan which provide two single beds, and not combine together :) Cons: A bit far from the nearest mrt station ximen exit 6 where you need to walk around 10 mins to reach, the distance is okay if you didn't carry anything but it's hard that you didn't shop in ximending :p Don't expect for the breakfast, you would rather spend a bit more to the breakfast shop just right opposite the hotel. Overall: you got what you pay, the price is still quite reasonable compare to other hotel in ximending

  Excellent customer service from Winnie

  Weve stayed here for 3 days. I wasnt feeling well on our second day, so weve asked the receptionist for the direction to the hospital. On the day the weather was extremely horrendous, rain was pouring down as bad as the waterfalls, but the receptionist guy still made his way out to get a taxi for me, which Im really appreciate his service. Nonetheless, on the next following day, the lady Winnie, at the reception from last night was really kind as she still recognised me, and weve asked her is there any nearby restaurant that has good congees (Chinese porridge), and apparently, the congee restaurant wasnt opened on that day, so she was really kind and said her mum made some in this morning, and she was kindly went back home and brought some for me since I wasnt feeling well that I need to eat something that is light.

  Small room, double bed, not enough space for luggage

  Pro: -Good customer service -Room is clean -Big tv Cons: -Room is very small. Not enough space to put a big luggage. -Bathroom having a bathtub but very tiny. -if exited the checkout time stated more than 10 mins, a rate will be charge for extension with hourly rate. So advice to check out on time. -10 mins away from exit 6 of Ximending station. Overall, I would said the rating I give is considering the customer service people at the lobby. Those people are very nice and gentle. They will answer your doubt. Personally, I feel that I booked at the wrong time. The room rate during December actually not so reasonable. High room rate with a small room.
