  Disgusting at best!

  We had the unfortunate experience of staying 1 night in this shocking motel which quite frankly is a disgrace to the Accor brand. The room was filthy, old, stank and in need of money spent. When driving in, we were not sure if the place has been shut down or not. The internet images are completely misleading and deceptive. Avoid at all costs. If you get stuck, you are better off sleeping in your car!

  Old, but the rooms are clean

  Great, friendly and helpful staff and a smooth check in. We were given a disability friendly room, despite being able bodied. Unfortunately, Our room overlooked the car park and not the ocean. I recommend requesting an ocean view room if booking here as the sunsets can be awesome. One of our bedside lamps wasn't working, the power point wasn't serviceable. However, they had put another desk light on the bedside table. Room lighting was adequate. Dinner in the restaurant was very good.

  Very Poor

  Do your homework before booking this one - Worth leaving town before staying here - Sheets were stained and didnt feel fresh, fridge didnt work at all , telephone didnt work and NO WIFI at all - even though it states free wifi on website and in welcome pack making it impossible to work effectively- the price tag of excess of $200 a night for this tired outdated hotel is ridiculous! Seriously, stay somewhere else this place is not even worth $100 and is maybe 2 star at best. Complained to staff in the evening but no solution provided.

  The Greenwich At st Leonards.

  This place should be condemned. Filfy. Pipes hanging loose. Massive hole in bathroom ceiling..paint peeling. Fan was full.of dust. Cobwebs. And the smell.. Four showers only1 worked..The shower floor had dirt in it. The carpet was a disgrace and hadn't been vacuumed in months. No ironing board cover a sheet was used. Cobwebs on window. Spider ran accoss my pillow. Dust on a pillow. Every thing was dirty.

  Where do I start. Door lock was faulty and had trouble getting into the room. Curtains fell off their tracks and the second set would not move. Aircon was not very cold and would not adjust. Walls very thin and heavily marked with chips and knocks. Fridge was old and rusting. Furniture had laminate missing and peeling. Vanity had ants and shower head leaked badly, water pressure was weak and water warm only. Toilet water hose was dirty. At least the bed was comfortable but pillows were paper thin and offered no support. Its basically a run down motel and wouldnt bag it this much if the price hadnt been $200++. Food average at the restaurant.
