  Just OK

  Quick walk to base of mountain. 1 bedroom condo is dated, but still nice. No broom and no housekeeping - even with our 3 night stay, so that was a bit disappointing. Tiny parking spaces in the garage - we could barely fit our pickup truck. Late check-in was a bit confusing. It would have been nice if they gave us a heads-up with instructions. Essentially, you have to go the front lobby of Block 6. Just outside the hotel reception theres a phone, and a note with instructions to contact late-night reception, that will provide you with a code to open lockbox near the phone inside you should find your envelope, which contains your room number and keys (for building access, condo, and storage locker). Note: WiFi password is right on the key chain. If we were to return to Mont Sainte-Anne, Id probably try another accommodation - especially if a pool/spa is located in the same building (unlike Hébergement, which is about 1 km away, so we didnt we didnt end up using those amenities).

  Stayed here with my family during March break. We stayed at the cabin/townhouses 1 KM from the hill. I called before I arrived to ask for a renovated room, as some I have seen online are not, while others were. They assured me my unit was updated. First, these are older units, but the exteriors have been updated with new siding, windows, etc. So from the outside, all is well. But the inside of our unit was poor. It seems there was an 'attempt' to update and modernize it, but that effort only included paint, new tile floors in entry and kitchen, and cheap laminate flooring in the rest of the unit (so cheap the furniture legs were leaving dents in the floors). The kitchen has original cupboards, very cheap, white press board cabinets. Counter tops were old laminate style with pieces missing from edges. Bathroom had the same old counter tops and fixtures.Bedrooms were clean but no headboards on the beds, and no decorations at all and no pictures on the wall. In fact the walls were bare throughout the unit except for 2 pictures from 1980's that hung in the living room and the dining room. Overall, it was as if there was a contest to see who could update the unit for the less amount of money and still be able to call it upgraded. It was old, dated, and cheaply done. Now, I have seen other units online in VRBO etc., that seem very nice, so I can only guess that the ones owned by the hotel and/or some owners have not been properly cared for or renovated, and that's why such a big difference in quality. I was in unit #462. Also, you get use of the indoor pool and hot tub which is close to these units, and in a separate building. Went there on our first day and the hot tub was so dirty we would not go in. Clumps of hairs, etc. It was very bad. Next day it was closed for cleaning, following day it was reopened. Looked like it was drained and cleaned so we used it and it was fine then....but lets be honest, it should be cleaned on a regular basis so it can be used on a regular basis. But..., the skiing was great and we enjoyed our time on the mountain. We would definitely not stay here again however...there are lots of NEWER units around the area, and you would be wise to book those instead.

  Great time and everything we needed

  Very happy with the affordable accommodation during the World Champs weekend. Everything we needed plus more. Simple decor and I really loved the vibe and the area :) It was quiet even though many people were around for the races. The shower was awesome because I love a powerful shower head :))

  Nice stay

  Friendly staff at check-in. Room was a small apartment with kitchen. Cozy despite being located in the basement. The hotel complex is on top of the mountain next to the ski lift. It's great in winter to ski great, but during off-season in summer there's not much going on (but you can use the pool) . You need a car to go up to the hotel.

  buena relación calidad- precio

  La recepción en general es super amable, nos hicieron el gran favor de ir por nosotros a la gasolinera cercana por que no sabíamos que el suttle que compramos no llegaba hasta la montaña, fue super raro para ellos recibir una llamada de huéspedes perdidos por que dicen que todos llegan ahi en su propio carro. En nuestro caso pedimos la habitación mas económica por que solo éramos dos personas, tenia cocineta, un sofa y desayunador, puedes llevar tus víveres para cocinar ahi, el hotel no tiene restaurante pero se llega en menos de 5 minutos caminando al hotel vecino y hay otro restaurante llamado Brez a la vuelta que abre solo fines de semana, este hotel esta a 5 minutos o menos de la estación de ski caminando (lift), prácticamente esta enfrente... si volvería, super recomendable.
