  Location

  Stayed here for 3 nights before flying home. Convenient location on Soi 4. Short stroll to many bars and restaurants. Staff were friendly. Felt a bit uneasy as wherever I turned there were lots of passive aggressive signs and notes in regards to what will happen if you do this or that. I guess they have had some dodgy guests in the past. I had the room with balcony. Room was fine for the price. Got balcony for smoking but no view as it is boxed off so tad claustrophobic. Shower and bathroom not the best. Bathroom tap didnt work well and water trickled out. Shower flow wasnt great either. All in all this place served its purpose as I just wanted to check out this area before leaving Bangkok. Would probably stay again if I ever returned to the area.

  Customer service First Class

  Never judge a book by its cover spotlessly clean and very comfortable. My shower broke, so they moved and upgraded me to a suite, very large, comfortable, clean and no extra cost. The staff were outstanding equal to what you would expect in a five star hotel. I will definitely stay again

  Excellent well maintained hotel in a fantastic location on Soi 4 Sukhumvit . Wonderful staff who are friendly and efficient , they make you feel welcome . Rooms are well appointed and everything works as it should . They also provide a nice breakfast to start the day . Only downside for me no swimming pool .

  Enjoyable

  I had the opportunity to stay here part of the first week in July. The hotel has a modern look about it and my room was also modern design with colour. The rooms are a little small but ample for 1 or 2 people. Unfortunately the refrigerator does not have a freezer section and that for me is important as I need to keep certain things frozen. The bed is big and not over hard or soft, there is also a mini bar in the fridge. The staff are very friendly and have good English speaking skills. The hotel is close to the nightclubs and eating places. I cannot comment on the breakfast as breakfast was not included in the room rate. Wifi was great and had problems with it. Overall a nice small hotel close to all food, clubs, BTS and stalls.

  PORT IN A STORM

  This is one of the few hotels open around the Soi 4 area of Sukhumvit. Covid-19 having closed the others for much longer periods of time. The hotel is a "boutique" hotel but, is obviously rather old and tired. The staff are lovely but the rooms are basic (very) and in need of some love.
