  Una mala noche

  La casa tiene unas vistas preciosas y la dueña un encanto. Punto y final. La casa necesita una reforma urgente y hay mucho polvo. Para alguien alérgico como yo, una mala experiencia. Al día siguiente en la mañana teníamos picaduras. Muy poco limpio.

  Excelente servicio y calidad

  Pese a estar en la carretera a las afueras de Clifden (a 2 minutos en coche) es un perfecto alojamiento en el que sin duda repetiríamos. Por fuera no llama mucho la atención, no obstante su interior reformado recientemente está muy cuidado y decorado con toda clase de detalles. Amplias habitaciones, muy limpias y con todas las comodidades. Desayuno incluido muy abuntante (buffet y platos preparados a elegir). Parking propio y ubicado frente a un lago.

  Wonderful place to stay

  Lovely B & B, lovely people and a very good breakfast.The rooms are looking beautiful and our bed is very cozy. I would definitely recommend this place to stay. Excellent in every way. Thank you all for the great time!

  Great Place to Stay in Clifden

  My wife, sister, and niece stayed at Heather Lodge on September 14-15. The reviews were great when I booked the rooms, but the rooms, location, breakfast, and hospitality exceeded the reviews I read. Adam greeted us with tea as soon as we arrived. My wife and I were in #1 upstairs, and it was a simply delightful room overlooking the Loch across the road. The bathroom and bedroom were completely updated, and bright and cheery. The breakfast room was decorated beautiful and the place settings and china were simply elegant. The attention to detail and class were so obvious. And the food was excellent. When we were ready to leave, I asked Adam a question about the ferry crossing of the Shannon, and he pulled all the information I needed from his computer. He was a gracious host. Clifden is ideally located, and I would recommend it way above Galway Town for location if you are visiting Cong (The Quietman Town), Ashford Castle in Cong, and Kellymore Abbey and Westport - just amazing places. And for dinner and pub enjoyment, try Guys Bar and Snug in Clifden. We visited it twice, and it was an outstanding pub with great food and music.

  Superb in every way!

  We stayed here for two nights as we wanted to be near Clifden. The location is great. It is possible to walk into Clifden via a lane so youre not on the main road and only takes 15-20 mins. When we arrived we were made to feel very welcome and enjoyed a cuppa and cake. The room was clean, tastefully decorated, warm and had everything you need. The bed was very comfortable and great shower. The view was amazing youd never tire of looking at it. The host couldnt do enough for us and was extremely helpful. Its apparent from the moment you arrive that she takes great pride and really wants you to enjoy your stay. Theres loads of parking and we enjoyed listening to the cuckoo. Thank you for ensuring we had a wonderful stay and we look forward to staying again next year.
