  Pretty good stay!

  We stay at this hotel for one night in December. The hotel is located a bit of a distance from the nearest train station but on a nice day its a leisurely walk. The staff does not speak a lot of English but we could definitely communicate well enough. The rooms are small, much like other Japanese hotels, and it was very clean! Breakfast was included in the price of the room, however, there wasn't much of a spread. Rolls, bread, yogurt and coffee! Hey, its something though! Free wifi in the rooms as well as in the lobby. I believe if you book ahead of time and pay in cash, you can get a discount. Our rooms were 6,700 yen a night (two rooms with single beds.) We had a Japanese friend help us though. I think overall, I would recommend this hotel, if you are staying in this area. Otherwise its a bit of a hike from the main train station.

  Decent but not great

  We used this hotel for my first and last night in Japan respectively because it was closer to Kansai International than the hotel we were in for the rest of the week, and because it was also very cheap for the price. It isn't very close to central Osaka, and we had a bit of difficulty finding it as it doesn't stand out very much from the surrounding buildings. This was a very cheap stay, but not a particularly great one, albeit not a bad one; the room we were in had clearly been used as a smoking room in the past and as such reeked of cigarette smoke. It was also somewhat annoying having to pay the room fee in cash as it the rate we had booked was, unbeknownst to us, a "cash rate" - not especially bad since it was ¥4000 for the first night and ¥6000 for the last so hardly a panic, but still a bit annoying. One thing in the hotel's favour is that it has its own car park for free use by guests. Overall I would definitely not stay here for an actual whole holiday, but for a one night stay before going back to the airport as we used it it's an excellent option. It's not BAD as such, but it's not a really wonderful place to stay either - but at about half the price of a SuperHotel it is very, very cheap and at least reasonably comfortable.

  No smoke room but Cigarette small

  We were staying in budget room bit small but nice and clean. we also chooce to staying in no smoke room but whole room was full of cigeratte smell and we can't even open the window for fresh air. Feeling like we've been smoke whole night.
