  More motel than hotel

  Worst hotel ever, wifi is only a sighn u just have to have to get that extra star for an extra star nowdays. This hotel does have wifi but nobody can realy use, probably will work if u are the only person on the internet, but otherwise its not working, im on my own internet now writing this in this werry hotel. I have used 2 rooms here in this hotel, in one there was a broken toilet and u had to listen water gushing from the toilet all night, and one of the beds was raped , concaved.and the shower is build that way so u come outside and find out that u flooded the apartment also. The other room: Same trick with the shower only worse, same thing with the bed, one was new other is raped, and the internet is in no condition to function if there are more than 10 people on it, or the owner is downloading movies all the time, so its a crappy hotel. Actualy the worst ive been to

  It's not a hotel for sure!

  From where to start... This place is maybe a one-star motel at the best. The rooms are the worst I've seen. Not one of the worst, but the worst. The bathroom is in the middle of the room. The room is divided into tiles and carpet area which does not make sense at all. You can either use the toilet or the shower and the sink is next to the door of the room. This kind of room is the first I've seen and hopefully will not see it again. The room was cold when we arrived and needed to turn on the radiator and wait to get warm. The breakfast was standing around in the lobby (not hygienic at all) and you just move there in morning and take whatever was on offer. Drinks are inside the reception desk and that is available for you to use as well. I am not sure what the price is cause I was part of a tour but I would not stay here even for free.

  not very encouraging hotel. There is hardly any service due to man power. If you loose the key you are stuck. There will be hardly anybody to attend. Wifi is there.break fast is ok. it is a budget hotel.

  This place is outside of Vienna. You have train to the city and it takes 45 minutes to arrive in the center (one-way ticket is 4,4). Breakfast was very poor with limited choice but a guy who served breakfast was very helpful. Shower "room" is very small and same thing is with toilet.

  Big mistake

  Oh dear. From the moment we arrived to a very austere greeting our experience was poor. Dragging our large bags to the lift without assistance to arrive at our room where there was barely room to open them was not a great start to our European holiday. Hotels really need to think about how to cater for long-haul travellers who have been on aircraft for many hours before they arrive. Water please? Mini-bar or directions on arrival to where we can eat? Are those pillows? We weren't sure if they were made of cardboard. The final straw. Thin. Walls. Woken at 5.00 am by other guests clearly enjoying their stay. The only upside was the generous breakfast. Great location as walking distance to Schonbrunn Castle. Lucky we had Google to help us find it.
