  Fabulous stay

  We only stayed one night and after cycling all day we were very warmly welcomed and offered a lovely cold beer in the lovely outside seating area. Our room was beautiful and we enjoyed a very quiet relaxing evening which was just what we needed after our long day. Next morning our breakfast was fabulous. Everything you could think of was on offer. Plenty to keep us going for another days cycling. Thank you for having us. So glad Trail Journeys chose this accommodation for us.

  Absolutely faultless experience

  We received such a friendly welcome and the hospitality was faultless. On arrival we received a beer and a glass of wine with light snacks. The bed was super comfortable and both the bedding and linen being of the highest quality. Location to the wharf was a 6 minute stroll with easy access to multiple bars, pubs and shopping. Breakfast was an amazing spread with homemade bread, croissants and muffins. Choice of cereals, fruits, preserves and cold meats and cheese.

  Cycling holiday

  Excellent 2 night stay as part of a 3 day great taste trail cycling holiday. Excellent hosts, breakfasts with a vast array of fruits, home baking and much more, welcome drinks and super comfortable bed. Did not want to leave!

  Honeymoon

  Amazing hosts, great hospitality, beautiful accommodations! We spent a few days of our honeymoon here after some long bike rides and it was PERFECT! The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast has a wide variety of healthy cereals, fruits and fresh baked breads.

  Absolutely fabulous

  Sally and Ian are wonderful hosts and our experience here was very, very good. The bedroom and ensuite were large; the bed was super comfy with fine linen. I went to sleep each night to the serene sound of beautiful bird songs in the garden. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Sally clearly has an eye for design. There is a beautiful flower garden, and there were fresh flowers in the sitting/dining room and our bedroom. We stayed two nights and enjoyed two scrumptious breakfasts. There were croissants, muffins, fresh bread, served with honey and preserves. Also, granola, and cereal served with homemade rhubarb compote,nuts, strawberries and oranges, and yoghurt. On the second morning Sally served a delicious egg bake filled with cheese, tomato, and ham. We enjoyed her homemade orange shortbread cookies! This B&B is located close to some very nice restaurants and is also close to Abel Tasman National Park. Highly recommend that you stay here!
