  Amazing hotel!

  Stayed here in the beginning of October - it was fantastic. The hotel itself is like a castle; so elegant and beautiful and kept very clean by the maids everyday. Everything else was lovely - the pool was huge, the food was delicious with many options, and the entertainment was fun. What absolutely made our holiday was the staff; they were so accommodating and friendly, they always wanted to have a laugh and were always chatty even though English isnt their first languages. Yildirim at the bar was spectacular, Doguhan, Emre, Soner who also served us drinks in the evening were very attentive too - we never went without a full glass thanks to all these guys, and Ahmet who set our table up every night at the restaurant was also friendly. All these guys made our stay completely memorable, and we will definitely come back!

  We had an amazing massage today! The two people who gave us a massage were the best. The man had a beautiful voice he was singing so beautifully while he gave us the Hammam treatment. It was our first experience wellness. We really enjoyed it! Thank you Mehmet and the manager Mustafa for everything we will be back tomorrow!

  Absolutely fantastic!

  This hotel is the best I have visited so far. I was there with 9 girlfriends and from the first minute till the very last one we were served and treated like queens. Hotel staff is very professional, very kind and helpful. The hotel itself is absolutely wonderful, dining area, wellness, swimming pools, bars and the beach are clean and beautiful. Rooms with balconies, very modern, clean and equipped with all you need. Very differential and tasty food. There is nothing we could complain about! I send very warm greetings to Ramazan, the night watch manager (I hope I remember the name correct), Doguhan, our beloved waiter, C...(forgot the name, starts with C for sure)- night bar waiter and extremely nice and professinal desk clerk (Im sorry I forgot your name), who on october the 17th checked us in and one week later checked us out.   Good hotel with nice staff

  I booked the hotel because the hotels I normally book was season closed. It depends on your expectations whether the hotel is good, I think Im general it was nice, clean and the food was fine. The staff is very nice, and their Hamam spa facility is goo with good service. The message is also good, and could recommend Turgut Bey.

  Very good hotel.

  We spent two weeks in this hotel in the first half of November 2020. We rate the hotel very highly. It is difficult to find something that is not there as it is described in the hotel offer. Everything is as it should be. We especially appreciate the efforts of the hotel staff to ensure the safety of guests due to the Covid -19 pandemic. But, unfortunately, there are two things we cannot agree with and which we must oppose: First of all, we believe that the table linen in the restaurant should be changed to clean after each guest. But we have seen many times that they have not changed even after each meal. It happened that the same dirty tablecloths were for both breakfast and dinner, which is unacceptable in a hotel of this class. We want to believe that this is a temporary neglect and is due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Secondly, very poor WiFi signal both in rooms and public areas of the hotel - not always, but very often. We can recommend this hotel to everyone
