  Genial!

  Pasamos una noche en el hotel y nos gustó mucho. La habitación era muy grande, estaba bien decorada y limpia. La recepción del hotel fue educada y eficaz. Si volvernos a Kansas City nos hospedaremos en el mismo hotel.

  Absolute Nastiest Hotel Ever!! I wish I could give negative stars times 20!!

  The only positive experience about this place was the night shift guy...He was very nice. After that our stay went straight to the pits of hell! The room had TRASH behind the couch (from previous guests, mind you), urine on the toilet (also from previous guests), pulled the sheets back and black crumbs from only God knows was all over them), crayon writing on the walls...I mean the list goes on. This is the very first online review I've ever done. I just couldn't NOT do one. It was that HORRIBLE! Oh yeah, and don't think about a pleasant checkout. The Russian guy (no racist tone, I just don't know his name...he was very rude to me as I was explaining my disdain and in the middle of talking, the phone rang. He picked it up and asked how he could help them. No "hold please"...nothing. Just VERY RUDE. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

  won't be staying here

  I just called about 30 day rates and couldn't understand the lady speaking at the front desk. She acted like she was put out answering my questions. After getting off the phone I checked their reviews and needless to say I won't be staying there!

  Worst Stay Ive Ever Had at a Hotel

  The man at the front desk is nice, but untimely. It took nearly 30 minutes before I got my room keys. I paid for a suite so I could use the fireplace. As soon as I got to my room I went to turn on the fireplace. It didnt work right away so I toggled with it for about 5 minutes and then took out all the logs to ensure the pilot was lit. I saw it wasnt and nothing was engaging. I called the front desk and told him of my problem when he asked what room I was in. I told him and he immediately replied that it didnt work. Something hed obviously known prior, never mentioned, and was no where on their website. He said there was really nothing he could do about it as some of the fireplaces just didnt work right now, but he would sent maintenance. I made the call around 5 pm and maintenance didnt come until 11:05 am the next day when I was walking out of my room. I went to the front desk and told a different attendant of my troubles when I was checking out. He assured me someone would be giving me a call to resolve my issue and checked that my number on file was correct. I have yet to receive a call and that was 4 days ago. Im a part of the loyalty program so I was extremely dissatisfied and wont be returning.

  Horrible Service

  I favored this location because of the great service, but no longer after this. Reserved a room for a birthday getaway...to rest. Half an hour after checking into my room there was an alarm that started going off. 30-45 minutes after that, there was sound of running, stomping and bumping coming from the room above me. Attempted to call the front desk,but to my surprise the phone in the room didnt work. Used my personal phone and after several trys I finally reached someone! Complained of the alarm and the noise above my room. Was told they would check into it. Made a trip to the grocery store around 8:30 and upon arriving back but noises were still going on. The alarm eventually stopped but the stomping continued. As I was checking out it was still going on. Complained to the front desk and was told the alarm was from a car and the police had been called. No explanation was given about the noise from the room above me. A simple "We apologize" would have sufficed, but no apology was given. I feel if I was cheated out of my relaxation. I WILL NO LONGER BE VISITING THIS LOCATION!!!
