  STAY AWAY!!!

  The pictures online do not match the horrible, decrepid, sketchy place this is. A mailman I walked by for the brief time we were there called it "Prostitution Alley!". From postings at the registration desk, it seems to be "The Party Hotel", (and those signs had words even spelled incorrectly) and this place even rents out by the hour It's run down, dirty, dents in walls and doors, mold in the shower, non functioning lights, broken furniture and TV, structural features of the buildings are broken. I felt scared, in danger, being there. We left and got a full refund as quick as we arrived. We ended up at Tru by Hilton, just a few blocks up the road, for less money and a high class, clean, modern, friendly hotel!

  An honest, comprehensive review

  I saw some negative reviews, but figured there wasnt much that I cant handle. You know what pictures dont tell you? Smells. Place just reeked of weed smoke when we walked in. Other rooms stunk of cigarettes. And over a few days, the cigarette smell got worse before it got better. It was very apparent that the hotel hasnt been cleaned by competent people in quite some time. There was dust everywhere. Kids socks were black by days end because the carpets havent been cleaned in years. There was so much grease on the oven hood that you couldnt touch it. When I asked housekeeping about that, the response was were not given anything stronger to get that off. So I put dish soap on a green scrubber and took half of it off. When I showed them this, they had no interest in finishing the job. (Before/after photo below as evidence) We called in advance to ensure they have cribs, as the website states. They do not have cribs so we had to bring one. They dont have food service or free breakfast either, which may be due to covid, so Ill give them a pass on that one. Unfortunately, if covid was changing how they did things, youd think itd be cleaner. We had no silverware or pots/pans to eat/cook with. No paper towels. No microwave. Had some plates but no bowls. Fortunately I brought some of that stuff and got some plastic ware at Costco. I had 1 remote to work 2 TVs. There was a 2nd remote to work the 3rd but had no batteries. When I put batteries in it, I realized the tv in the bedroom didnt work anyway (audio only/no picture) The comforters and sheets were filthy, but not nearly as bad as the pillows. Those were absolutely disgusting. Fortunately we brought our own but we stuck the tiny gross ones under the sofa cushions as those sank pretty low without the pillows. The showers had somebody elses hair left in them, including on the walls. The toilets had excrement left on them, including down the front of the outside of the bowl. Youre not given enough towels for what youll need. Housekeeping doesnt show up unless you request it, and even then it took several hours to show up. And they just look at you, not knowing what to do. I literally had to tell them what needed to be cleaned (the all of it motion fell on deaf ears). Theres a fireplace but I was terrified to use it. If they cant clean floors, I doubt theyre cleaning out the chimneys, so I probably wouldve burned the place down. This is not a 3 star hotel. This isnt even a 2 star hotel. This is a rats nest. A complete and total sh*thole, whos owners have zero interest in improving. Wyndham should strip their name off this property immediately and sue the new owners for defamation, for dragging their name into the mud.

  WORST STAY EVER!!!

  If you enjoy dirty, rundown, broken furniture, dirty walls with holes, no pillows, and bugs in your room, then this is the perfect choice for you!! The pictures shown on the site must be from when it was first built! It was disgusting!!

  beware

  Do not stay here. All "horror" stories are true. Rooms not clean, staff unhelpful. Assigned a "recently remolded" room with new toilet. Heater/air-conditioning unit wouldn't cycle. All chairs had broken/torn cushions

  2 of our 4 rooms left shortly after checking in

  We booked rooms here for a long weekend. Right away one room had to be changed due to sinks not draining. Another room was changed do to bad smell. Our room had dust or ceiling tile particle on chair, table, and couch. The faucet in bathroom worked but almost came off every time you tried to use it. Other room filthy. We canceled rest if our stay and went elsewhere.
