  Buen hotel

  El hotel se ubica alejado del centro de Altanta, en la zona norte, un poco al este, pero es cómodo, confortable y sea de negocios, placer, solo, en pareja o en familia. Pequeños detalles requieren mejora para ser excelente, pero ninguno que afecte una buena estadía.

  Muy malo no vuelvo mas !

  Muy mal ... el wifi no llegaba a la habitacion ... lo necesitaba x trabajo ... ante mi queja me dijeron ... q resetee mi celular !!! Le digo ... no es culpa de mi celular ... es la señal q no llega a la habitacion ! Me ofrecieron cambiarme de habitacion ... pero al dia sgte ... xq estaba a full ... pero x la cantidad de autos q vi ... no parecia para nada completo... no te limpian la habitacion ... malisimo ... no vuelvo mas !

  VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

  Very bad experience! The room had not been cleaned, the bed was noticeable that it had not been changed and only the covers were stretched, it smelled of messy grime, the bathroom dirty, the bathtub full of hair and greasy, just like the sink. The kitchen and the stove were dirty with grease, the dishes and pots were not washed and the dishwasher was dirty, we started to wash and all the water came out. We had to go out to buy cleaning products and towels and sheets for the bed with our money to be able to stay there, since we had paid in advance for the week of stay and they would not return the money. We made the claim that day and since it was Sunday they did not solve anything for us and we had to stay in the room. They did not change rooms and still, totally dirty, in all the days that we were there they did the cleaning to the room, terrible customer service. In the midst of a pandemic and they do not have the slightest cleaning protocol, it is obvious that they do not care about the health of their guests. THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE !!!

  very disappointed

  Room not ready at check in time. Clerk didn't seem concerned about it. Floors very dirty. Dirty dishes in dishwasher. Bathroom sink faucet loose. toilet ran off and on throughout the night. No cooking or eating utensils in the kitchen.

  Worst Experience

  I travel a lot to different hotels around the country and this has been the worst experience. Rude staff. Dirty rooms. Bad service. Broken appliances. Dont recommend unless you like sleeping on dirt.
