  Adorable B&B!

  My fiancé and I wanted a little weekend getaway for what should have been our wedding weekend. My fiancé found Hawk Valley, and I'm so glad he did! It's an adorable, secluded, B&B with amazing owners. We got to stay far enough away from the town to be able to see the beauty that is Galena, but just a short drive to the all the shops and history! John and Jim are amazing. My fiancé met John when we checked in, but due to COVID that's the only interaction we got, but I can still say they're both amazing. They had a delicious breakfast in our room for the next morning on the night we checked in, and brought a cooler to our doorstep for Sunday morning. This was our first trip to Galena, and I think we found the place we'll stay when we visit again :D

  Simply beautiful

  My wife and I stayed here for a few days just to get away, recharge and enjoy Galena. Hawk Valley gave us sooooo much to enjoy and be thankful for. The food was AMAZING! I mean, the quiche alone! We are going to be craving the quiche until we come back. The grounds were just beautiful! We stayed in the Fox Glen Cottage and fell in love the minute we showed up. The attention to detail was incredible. I could honestly go on and on about this place! Highly recommeded!

  Relaxing weekend with great hospitality

  My wife and I decided we needed a relaxing weekend away with everything going on. Hawk Valley is a perfect place to visit as it is only a 12 min drive to downtown Galena but still far enough away you feel secluded. John and Jim are great hosts and make you feel at home. This is a place to get away from distractions. My only two complaints is the WiFi could be stronger and the water pressure in the shower could be a little stronger but Im reaching here. The amenities were excellent. The food was by far some of the best Ive had in a long time. I would upgrade to the breakfast delivery. I dont know who cooks my they deserve a raise. I highly recommend this place.

  Beautiful, peaceful, and restful retreat!

  Hawk Valley was the perfect peaceful getaway for me and my dog. The cottage provided a comfy and rejuvanating homebase as we explored surrounding towns and hiking trails. The hosts were very welcoming, the food was delicious, and the cottage had great accommodation for my pet too - a dog bed, bowls, and even treats! Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

  Amazing weekend away!

  Hawk valley is a hidden gem!! We have been there twice and they exceeded every expectation!! The food and the amenities are amazing! I can not recommend hawk valley enough! You wont be disappointed!!
