  Great overnight stay

  My husband had booked a room here for our wedding anniversary at the beginning of December. We know the hotel well as we only live around 18 miles away. He had booked a room with a balcony and view and my what a view it was. We were in a corner room on the 2nd floor with views towards the Isle of Wight, Old Harry Rocks and Studland. Arrived at our alloted time and check in was simple. Room was clean and tidy. Went down to have a drink in the bar overlooking the ferry which was lovely - cant add to the bill so need to pay by card. WE didnt eat in the evening as we were going out for dinner. Did have breakfast the next morning - the continental buffet is all laid out and explained when you arrive - they will get you what you want. No menus for cooked but they tell you what is on offer. WE both had full English which was pretty good. Check out was easy - just left the card in the box provided.

  Belated birthday weekend

  As this was the third attempt after two cancellations due to covid that we eventually made it. Check is was great had an upgrade to a seaview and balcony. The room was lovely and there was a card and chocolates left which was a nice touch. Breakfast was great and the service and staff were very good. Really lovely stay and would definitely stay here again.

  The Haven Hotel Sandbanks

  Had a great stay, evening meal & breakfast first class. Staff welcoming and efficient, handled current difficulties in a straightforward, easy to follow way. Made staying there a joy. Would recommend and hope to go back next year

  Comfortable, pleasant overnight stay

  My husband treated us to an overnight stay to celebrate my birthday. Covid security has been taken very seriously here and, whilst it is bound to impact on the overall experience, it's reassuring to see the measures that are in place. Our double sea view room with balcony was clean, comfortable and spacious. The view across to Studland is mesmerising. Dinner in the restaurant was very good, although we weren't advised that some main course items on the limited menu weren't available until we tried to order. What we ordered was delicious. A genuine fire alarm, during dinner wasn't very well managed. It took some time for staff to instigate evacuation procedures and we certainly weren't directed to leave by the nearest fire exits...with the whole restaurant evacuating through the hotel front doors. Breakfast was a little less impressive, partly due to staff being run off their feet affecting service and partly due to confusion over orders. When we did get the correct breakfast it was tasty although the fried eggs were rather overdone. The Haven is a lovely hotel in an incredible location. Nothing about our stay would deter us from happily returning.

  Amazing View & lovely relaxing stay

  Booked an overnight stay in one of the sea view balcony rooms, which for the view was worth every penny. Even with COVID restrictions in place it didn't adversely affect our stay. Sadly from the hotels point of view very few of the rooms seemed to be booked, the upside of this from our point of view was no end of helpful attentive staff. Dinner in the restaurant was fantastic. The location is wonderful, would happily come again.
