Misleading hotel ratingWe stayed there for 9 nights. We didn't expect anything wonderful as it is not a 5 star hotel and is quite old, but the rating of the hotel was quite good so we gave it a try. The hotel is very small, with an internal yard and swimming pool so we expected it to be cozy and quiet, but actually the music was playing all the time which ruined a peaceful atmosphere. Almost all the tourists are Russian, some of them drinking and smoking all the time, which also ruins the nice atmosphere. Rooms are too small, wifi is terrible, almost not working, the good thing that almost all bars and restaurants in the town (even in the beach) have a good wifi. And you can reach the city center and the beach in 10-15 minutes. The rooms and the area around swimming pool were clean and cleaned daily which was great, but somehow they forgot that sun-beds should also be cleaned, so they were a bit dirty. Towels were changed every day but some of them had non washable stains which was disgusting. The weird thing was that sometimes there was no hot water in the shower, especially in early mornings. This was the worst thing for me and really made me mad. Food was healthy and good, quite various, lots of vegetables. Nothing fancy, but not bad. For some people food may seem tasteless though, as there is almost no salt or spices in it. There was no real coffee, the thing in coffee machines was something like instant coffee, which was bad. The bar was ok, serving drinks from 10 am to 22.30 pm, one kind of beer which was light but ok, one kind of red and white wine which was not good, but drinkable. They also make some simple cocktails. Music was loud in the evenings and if you don't like pop music it may become annoying. We also had loud neighbors in the next house So some nights were not calm. The great thing was staff, they were mostly young guys, polite, helpful and smiling. Overall, the hotel has everything, but kind of low quality. It is really teeny-tiny and rooms need restoration. Good if you travel around a lot and just come back to sleep, but staying there all the time may become depressing. Would rate it something between 2-3 compared to European hotels. Wouldn't go back.

I received from Epedia a booking confirmation before arrival, but on the day of arrival it was fully booked.I would not recommend this hotel. It did not inform Expedia that it's fully booked to avoid overbooking and neither they compensated accomodation in another hotel nor refund the money paid by credit card.

Check reviews before bookingI am writing review the 2-nd time. Cuz first time it was deleted (too much truth maybe). Let's start with benefits: To start with - friendly staff. Big rooms (at least we had), they are clean, there is a terrace where you can smoke, beautiful view, not far from beach, FREE transport to the beach but only at certain time. Price is low. Now minuses: NO WIFI, if u want to work or to watch a movie etc. It is not possible at all. There are few places where u can connect, but it is difficult even to open browser. Problems with hot water, u have to wait around 5 minutes to start the hot water run. Extremely thin walls, you can hear every your neighbour, EVERY WORD, i even do not tell what happens when drunk people start their parties (it happens every night) be sure, there is NOT staff that will calm them down, be ready to sleep and listen all night to drunk russians and ukrainians (95% of people). Moreover, it is not ALL INC no, u can eat only in morning, afternoon, coffee break and supper, u can not have snacks, nothing to eat for kids, alcohol includes only beer (turkish), wine (red, white but it is like 25% alcohol) and vodka of course, after 22.00 or 23.00 u have to pay for the bar. There are no cocktails. And loud music all the time and loud people (i will repeat it twice) It is okay for few days but not more than 3.

Good hotelRecently just back from kemer and stopped in this hotel. Hotel was as we expected a small hotel which was quite old and dated but gave us everything we needed to have a great holiday. Even though it claims all inclusive it does only provide 3 meals a day (most have something to eat all day) we enjoyed the beer and wine and my partner was delighted with how nice the coffee was! The food generally was really good.. a little odd as there was no signs on the food to say what you were eating so sometimes got a little surprise when eating something you didn't like. But the salad selection was great! But sometimes all we wanted was burger and chips! The hotel had one other English couple in, most were Russian and German and the hotel staff didn't speak English so that was quite challenging and a little isolating! We were happy to walk to the beach and into town, which was only a 15 minute walk! The beaches/sea were amazing!! Kemer itself isn't really intended for English we don't think as we didn't really see any English anywhere, but we made the most of what we had and had a great holiday! Overall the hotel is definatly not a 3* would say 2/3*.. food good..pool great..rooms average (be nice to have free wifi-had to pay)..only had one entertainment night.. but I suppose you make with what you have and choose to enjoy or moan! We enjoyed!!
