  excellent position at reasonable prices

  stayed there for a ski trip and all was ok. nice an very clean rooms spacious with new interior. bathroom clean and not newest but worth the price. a forte is certainly the positionpracticaly on Maybrun slope over the street and StKathrin termen near at 30 m away. Excellent breakfast and very friendly owner Maria are certainly a resaon i wil come back at full season for a weekend with family. The big advantage is terme Romerbad working late in the night with magnific wiev on the ski slopes of Kaiserburgbahn. Spend much more money first time at the narby hotels but no need just call and book here for a reasonable money. Simply clever..

  Excellent location and service

  I was staying there for ski trip and everything was excellent starting from location, trough closeness to ski lifts, restaurants, thermal baths (other side of street) to hospitality and friendliness of hotel owners. Breakfast is very good with lots of options.

  Just perfect!

  We (Me and my wife) came back to this splendid hotel for the second time. We stayed for 3 nights in April 2014, and everything was perfect as usual! The views are amazing, the fresh air and water are adorable' the breakfast is still tasty, fresh, healthy and varied. But more than anything else the hospitality of the owners (The Kaplenig Family) is very warm and welcoming. We definitely will visit Bad Kleinkirchheim again, and will absolutely choose "Haus Maria" hotel for our next stay there.

  Just What We Needed

  Haus Maria was just what we needed. It's a simple, modern, room with all the amenities you need plus great WiFi (which is hard in this region). The breakfast was stupendous and they even let us make sandwiches to take on our hike from the breakfast table. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They have someone on staff that speaks perfect English if you need that. The bed and breakfast is located in the heart of Bad Kleinkirchheim and it's only a short walk to the St. Katherin Church where the areas thermal water comes from.

  Perfect ski vacation

  We also visited Bad Kleinkirchheim last year when we were hosted in Millstatt, but this time we wanted to be closer to the slopes so we searched for an accommodation in BKK. House Maria was perfect for us, considering that they accepted us with our dog, they offered baby cot for our little child, besides it was looking really good in the pictures and also the position is very fine for us: two minutes of walking to the slope/cablecar (Maibrunbahn). The room was spotlessly clean, actually we were offered a kind of small apartment (two communicating rooms), anyway we only used one of them because we put the baby cot in our room, right next to our bed. The only thing to complain about (but not big deal though): the heater is maybe a little too small for that room. We set the temperature on 24 degrees, but this temperature was never reached though the heater was permanently warm. Anyway, our baby is used with temperature of 22-23 degrees, so we didn't have a problem with this. Breakfast really reach: cold cuts, cereals, milk, yogurts, jams, cakes, all together very high quality products. Besides, if you want eggs, you just have to order and youll get them in minutes, boiled, fried, omelet, however you like it. The two ladies running the b&b are very nice, always ready to help and to play with our baby. Good wifi internet. Good restaurants around. We tried Landhouse Stuberl, Einkehr and Pizzeria Da Salvatore - I highly recommend all of them, with a plus for Landhouse Stuberl which is really child friendly and was very fine for our little boy. In the end I want to say thank you for letting us stay with our dog, free of charge. If well visit again BKK, then well definitely stay at House Maria.
