  Hidden Gem

  My family and I just spent five great days at the Haus Gitschberg. The hotel is relatively new and built of quality material. The nine rooms in the hotel are all on the upper floor, are ample sized, and have great views of the area. The owner gave us great tips on things to do while we were there and also provided us with maps and discount cards that allowed us to visit museums and use the funiculars in the area free of charge. Breakfast was good and plentiful, so no complaints there. Probably the best thing about the hotel is its great location in the Val Pusteria. There is hiking galore just minutes from the hotel entrance and great little towns like Pfundres, Meransen, Muhlbach, and Innichen are literally minutes away. We will certainly keep this hotel in mind when we plan our next Sudtirol adventure.

  Nice and peaceful

  On our way to the Lago di Ledro we stayed at this nice hotel. It was relatively new and the rooms were very nice, with great views to the mountain and village. The bathroom was white, well equiped and perfectly clean. We enjoyed our afternoon in this little village on the way. Everything was quite and peaceful und we spent a perfect "entranceday" to our holiday. Breakfast-Buffet was perfect, so nothing to complain for us. The recommondation from the owner of the hotel for a nice dinner restaurant was great. Thanks.

  Clean, spacious apartments

  Been with friends on a mtb-tour. Reached this shorted noticed book place in quite a muddy state. But, hey...! Provided with a drink and a bath tub an everything was well. Friendly landlord and staff was very helpful. Thanks
