Good facilities but lack of good managementThe best thing about the hotel was Ms. Hasibe who did hamam treatment and massage. She was really lovely and caring. The hotel itself is beautiful. But the pictures exaggerate it a little bit. The food was nice. We had a good selection of meat and mezze (turkish dips) for dinner. Unfortunately it was the half term holiday. The hotel was packed and it was obvious that the staff wasnt enough. They worked like bees but the demand was overwhelming. Even though Our hotel room was on the second floor, it constantly smelt like the fried food; spicy sausage, fish, bread etc. It was crazy really... We had a very little internet signal. So we couldnt use the wifi at all! Another con with the hotel was everyone had to pay at the reception! Imagine how long it takes for each family to book! Come on! It is the 21st century. We should be able to pay for the booked room online! It would be amazing if you look into that. We really had big hopes before we arrived. We are a bit disappointed. Still, I think you should give it a try because the thermal features are great. But OUT OF SEASON and when the management UPGRADE themselves.

Terrible. Charged me twiceThe room smelt like fish and oil. They charged me twice and havent given me a refund. Definitely dont go. The facilities are old and most of the people have 0 manners. They charged me twice. Dont go!

Never GoVery Bad Management, this facility should go out of the tourism system. Too expensive. Price quality ratio= minus. The Hotel sells rooms by diverse marketing channels. NONE of the rate or distribution channel is advised. Really poor top management. Architectural loss. Thermal facility does not have closed tube connection. You should go outside to pass to and from your rooms. This means you loose the beneficial factors coming from thermal baths. Many other things do not match any luxury category. Lack of towels, lack of housekeeping personnel. At 18.00 your dustbin stil full not even taken. Sit down for a whie at the lobby to watch the soap opera "front desk customer complaints scenarios: real life case".

disguisting & terrible environment with no ruleswe arrived today and the reception was fully packed with guests to check in already. chaos pure, nothing organized, everybody was yelling something, it was terribly noisy and awfully disturbing to see hairy guys walking around the reception wearing no tshirts inside the facility with hanging bellys and swimmsuits. some young employees pretend to help us with the check-in but later on we figured out that they play another role into welcoming guest ritual (trying to sell them the rooms) so after nearly 3 hours they let us know that the rooms are finally clean now. but this after we started to push them to handout the keys. all the employees (not sure if all of them are permanent employees really) were standing around totally bored and nobody was listening to our request for some support. so finally after nearly 3 hours, coming totally exhausted from a long drive, I was able to enter my room. to my question why I have to pay the fully charge now, that they should offer their guests something for late hand-out-the-keys, the employee behind the reception was like "can I charge you the full amount now, when you check out, you may be able to discuss this with the management" .... management? where? who? you have a management? really? are you joking? if you mean the lady called Secil, responsible for the social media issues, answering each demanding review with the same answer?????? on my way to my room, I saw some constructions places, I thing some rooms get a new makeover during the high season with a fully booked hotel!!!! and the fact that my parents are around 80 years old, were placed in front of the swimmingpool with loud music, playground for children, screaming children and somebody yelling to a microphon to animate guests each 15 mins doesn't make anything better. this is just totally out of order and they didn't react to my request to replace my parents into a quieter section at all. the complex looks very dirty, the towels smell awfull, there is dirt all over the place... in few hours we will try the restaurant and I can imagine what to expect ... so in general, after few hours, me and my parents already had enough of this facility called spa hotel ...this is a dirty place to rip off people. behind the scene there is another mission going on rather than to serve the guests and be a good host. I would never ever recommend this facility to anybody at all

Terrible Management!Managers and staff members need to do better job of providing professional, friendly customer service . It is unfortunate that as good of a place this is due to lack of customer service I would not be visiting this place again!
