  Room was good, the slots as usual not so much. Honestly not sure why I keep coming back cause I leave regretting it every time. I would prefer more free play as rewards over hotel stays as I think it's ridiculous to give $50 for a deposit for EVERY night that I stay when it's the same room for the length of the stay. The only good thing about that is I know I'm leaving with that amount of money as the gaming floor has left me feeling like the unwanted step child of the family. Haha I kid I kid but the thing experience has been awful there.

  Turned away after 4 hour drive with reservation

  I drove 4 hours for a gambling trip, spent $2500 in casino, and when I tried to check in the hotel they turned my away because I did not have credit card or debit card for deposit on my confirmed comped reserved room. I had a prepaid debit card with over $4000 on it. I am a Diamond Elite (Seven Stars for a couple years) Caesers player and have spent well over $20,000 a year at Harrahs/Caesers for 20 plus years. Loyalty pays??????? Thanks to Emily and the front desk for rejecting me and sending me back to another 4 hour drive home.

  Dirty linens !!!

  We had a 1 night stay in a double Queen bed non smoking room. When we entered it looked clean but before bed time we opened a bed and found 2 pills under the sheets!!!! OMG so you cant tell me that linens had been changed!!!

  Disappointed

  Booked a room with a hot tub over the phone. Was assured at least twice it had hot tub but it didn't when we arrived. They said those rooms are saved for players. It was a Birthday surprise for my wife bit I ended up with the surprise. Room was clean but the noisy children next door u.til 11 pm and the drunks yelling in the hallway for most of the night were an amenity that I did not plan on. I thought the walls and door were made of paper. I will not stay here again

  Smaller gaming area

  We really enjoyed our stay at Harrah's Council Bluffs. The workers there were very pleasant and accomodating! We also shuttled over to The Horseshoe which was much larger and had a little better variety of games. Overall a great time was had!
